Cable Damage Fault
We had a fault with a cable and it caused the alarm system fault and the security cameras to stop working! Imran from Kforce Fire & Security came within hours and detected the problem within no time. He then fixed the problem quickly and put us back up and running! As always it’s service with a smile and work to a professional standard!

Trustworthy Fire Safety and Alarm Services

Excellent service
The guys are really good. They are extremely reliable, responsive and easy to work with. They have set up a cctv network, alarm system and linked car alarm system over our whole home and garden. The system is great, they listened to what we needed and it is easy to use too. We have had the system in for a few years now and we haven’t had any issues with it yet. They come once a year to check it is all working properly and make recommendations for any changes. I can’t recommend them enough, they are fantastic!

Repositioning and rewiring a Ring Security Cam
Kforce carried out some electrical work at my mum’s property a few days ago—repositioning and rewiring a Ring Security Cam—and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their communication was quick and efficient, and they arranged a visit within 48 hours to assess the job and to reconfirm the initial quote they had provided, a fair and reasonable quote. The job was completed 48 hours later, as they were able to squeeze me in at short notice, and was concluded within three hours. The team were extremely tidy, leaving no trace that any electrical work had even been carried out. Professional, efficient, and reliable, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality electrical work carried out to a high standard.

Generally, very happy with the level of service.
I found the prices to be reasonable, as though we had a top of the line system. I had a set of very particular requirements, such as installing custom modules into the alarm system, as well as making sure it was a specific brand/type that works with our existing Home Automation system (Home Assistant).
There were some slight hiccups since there was a couple of minor issues such as an incorrect sensor installed on a window, and a PIR sensor that was reading a tamper alarm due to an accidental switch to the wrong resistance values. All issues were promptly fixed once they the issues were raised. The team at KForce let me know they don't often install Texecom systems (which I specifically requested), but they did continue with it, so the minor issues mentioned above can be forgiven.
Generally, very happy with everything and I would recommend them.
