My experience with kghobby is very good, I really like buying from them. And they have very good customer service. The only thing that is bad about it, so to speak, is that the purchase you make does not have a shipping cost and in some cases you find very expensive shipping. It would be perfect if they added free shipping by putting the shipping cost in the value of the product at the time of making the pre-order. When one buys products in pre-order, more than some come out 1 or 2 years after the pre-order, one should not have to wait and see at the end what the shipping costs, I would also add a flex pay option so that the client can pay for expensive products little by little throughout the time that the pre-order lasts. The other option that would add a lot is that the client can filter in the orders what is finished and what is open, many of us who buy find that list complicated. Greetings

I have happily placed a few orders with KG Hobby, and my experiences have been great.

With one recent order, there was an issue during shipping due to the postal office losing one of the items in the parcel. A case was opened and KG Hobby was very helpful and responsive in assisting them with any required documents and info. In the end, the postal office provided insurance coverage and KG Hobby was able to send me a replacement item.

I have shopped here many times and other than the occasionally slow shipping (not the companies issue) they have always gone above and beyond in responding to any questions or concerns I may have. I will continue to shop here.

Everything is great. The only fight he has is that compared to other stores, they take a long time to send figures that have already been in stock for about 3 or 4 months. And the truth is that the answers are concise and short, it seems that they pay for words.

I’ve been buying from KGHobby for over 10 years now. Their prices are always fair and they provide reliable service. They were even able to get me a free replacement headsculpt from the manufacturer for a figure that had arrived damaged after coming loose inside its factory packaging.
