Warning / Negative experience
I ordered a Yonex Arcsaber 11 Tour badminton racquet from Khelmart.com on 14/11/2025. The next day, a customer-care representative called to say the racquet was not in stock, despite the listing being active when I placed the order. She offered a Yonex Arcsaber 7 Tour instead and sent photos on WhatsApp. I requested a refund, but it was not processed.
On 21/11/2025, when I called for an update, I was told that since I was an “old customer,” they didn’t want to lose me and asked me to wait a few more days as new stock was expected. After a week with no progress, I agreed to switch to a Yonex Astrox 88D Tour, which they assured me was in stock and would be shipped the same evening. It wasn’t.
I called again on 24/11/2025 and received the same reassurance from another representative, but nothing was sent. As of 25/11/2025—two weeks after my order—my WhatsApp messages requesting updates are no longer being read.
I’m relieved that I did not agree to pay the additional ₹7,291 they requested on 15/11/2025 for an upgrade to the Pro version. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and has caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to be cautious when ordering from this website. The repeated delays, lack of updates, and unfulfilled commitments have made the process unreliable and stressful.
