Been waiting nearly a month for boots. Have emailed 3 times with no response and there's no other way of getting in touch with them. Having to raise a dispute with my bank since clearly KH kicks won't provide the goods or a refund.

Do not order from this site, they don’t reply to messages, there is no contact details for you to call or email. I’ve been waiting over a month for my boots that haven’t yet arrived and sent several messages in their ‘chat’ that have not been responded to. It’s a con and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

I live in Ireland. I ordered a pair of football boots in September from khkick.com. Cost approximately €100.00. I literally only got them today, 5 weeks later. I just received them. At one point I thought i wasn’t getting them and was a scam I went to the website, no email address, no phone number to contact anyone. I wish I had checked this before buying. As it would have stopped me proceeding with the purchase. There is a webchat and says can contact through Instagram etc. I sent numerous messages through the webchat and Instagram and no response. There is no contact phone number or email address or postal address on the website to contact anyone if anything goes wrong. BEWARE, no address, no email, no phone number to contact anyone. The boots arrived the day after I posted this review. I’d give more stars if they would respond to my messages. Or someone to contact to make sure everything is ok, if any delays. I’m not sure I would order again. I would be a bit weary because of the no response to message. And no contact details. Took 5 weeks for boots to arrive. So keep in mind if ordering. I have no problem with delays or long delivery times, as long as I get a response when I check.
Yesterday I gave no stars. Because no boots, no response in 5 weeks. Today boots showed up and my son is absolutely delighted with the boots., so I gave 3 stars. But I’m still not sure about ordering more from the site.
