I was going to to buy a new Kia but Gravells Kia Swansea missed an oil change and the oil pump failed due to engine full of sludge. I wouldn't trust them to service my wheel barrow. So I've bought a Hyundai now. Much better car anyway.

On 8/26/24 in the am, my husband brought my kia to the service department on 14th St, Bradenton Florida due to the fact that i received an alert that my tire pressure was low and needed to be checked out. The person in the service department told him that they were too busy to check it now and my husband said "They acted as though they didn't want anything to do with me". Too busy to provide good customer service to a loyal customer who had purchased 2 cars from this dealership?? So my husband left and went to the Toyota dealer next door to have this issue looked at and they did check it out and adjusted whatever was wrong and took it for a drive to make sure it was working ok and there was no charge!! All done within 1/2 hour!! GREAT SERVICE BY TOYOTA DEALER!! POOR SERVICE BY KIA DEALER!! Very disappointed that Kia service did not come thru for me. My last review I gave them 5 stars but not this time!!!
