Okay so.. Its bad.. Just bad..
Okay so.. Its bad.. Just bad..
So I found out about Kible from Social Media, Thought I'd give it a whirl. And oh boy...
Yes It works, Yes It does as described. But its just a horrible experience. The "Free" Browser with high bandwidth works, but realistically It's just a browser on a Virtual Machine in their server room that is being "Streamed" to your local machine. So its basically streaming a video over your connection of another computer. So If you wanted to use this mainly because you have terrible internet, Good luck with that.
Any the extra Paid Upgrades they do are just terrible to actually buy, I opted in for the Full Desktop Upgrade subscription With a 5 Day Trial and the whole process was just horrible. When I initially placed the order, I was under the impression the upgrade would automatically apply to my account. NO, you have to wait for someone from Kible to process your order, then MANUALLY add this upgrade to your account. and this took 4 DAYS FOR ME, Completely eliminating the 5 day trial I initially opted in for.
I don't know who is in charge of this but It must only be 1 person that is putting these upgrades on accounts, And soon enough with high volumes probably its gonna make the trial completely useless.
But overall the connection to the "Free" Browser I had was horrible. I have a good Local Connection [100 MBPS] and the delay was like 1-2 seconds with constant stuttering.. And the server I chose on creation was London, so its not too far away from me.
Additionally, the Kible Windows client randomly stops responding sometimes and stays like this for a good 30-60 Seconds.
This could have been so much better if it was done correctly, and just wasn't a complete pile of ****.
