Forget the customer survey, just send the product. That's the important part.

I placed an order on 24 November and cancelled the order on 9 December.
An inquiry after a week of inactivity got me a murky response from customer support and a customer survey to fill out. I don't mind waiting two weeks but I want a status report by that time, not "it's working". I was looking forward to my first Seymour Duncan purchase! And, Update: Although I ended up purchasing from another seller, Shopatron and Sue made it ok by getting back to me and being apologetic. My order just hit a snafu. I'd call on them again.

Got my delivery, but many things should had bin different.

Ordered a sweater and a hat at daleofnorway.com. They use shopatron for shipment. And was ordered to Denmark.
My hat was not in stock after I had ordered, I did not get a call or mail, if I would like to have different hat with the shipment, so I shouldn't pay double for shipment. They sent the sweater anyway. So if I would like a hat now, I have to pay extra 15 euros for shipping. I wrote an email to daleofnorway about this statement. They said there was nothing to do, to chance it. Because they use shopatron as external firm for shipping.
I ordered as a gift, because is was for my dads birthday. But they also forgot to do that. And the text I wrote for my dads birthday card was unreadable, because their firm cant use the letters "Æ Ø Å". And that was not written anywhere. And was not written on a separate paper, just on the order page. Much of the text looked like this "h%ber du n&r"
The tracking number with DPD did not work at any time. Got my delivery, but still today there is nothing to trace.

cant recommend shopatron and daleofnorway

This Chrismas it went wrong again. You guys shipped the wrong size of shirt. Everywhere it is written medium. But you ship a Large.

Hurrible company.

A pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a Hot Tub Through Lay-z-spa, who use Shopatron.
I noticed that I had made a mistake on the shipping address, and phoned them as soon as possible.
The person I spoke to in customer service could not have been more helpfull, both on the phone and with promised emails.

The birds love it

I bought a bird bath on line and found it really easy to do. My order came to the local store and I got an email to tell me it was ready for pick -up. I will most certainly will do it again because it was so stress free.

Couldn't be happier with my order.

I had placed an order for bike carrier parts and accessories. I found the prices to be very fair. The shopping experience was excellent, and the order was processed and shipped very fast. Everything was above expectations, and I would highly recommend this company.

WORST customer service EVER!

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Its been over 3 months trying to make my order right- they basically sent us an opened item with more than half of the items missing! The items missing make the whole entire order in-usable. They then tried to fix the order by sending us the 'correct' parts and when we received them, they sent us all the WRONG parts! How difficult is it to make an order correct? Will NEVER order online again if Shopatron is involved, from any retailer! I am still trying to retrieve what I need from my missing order.

Terrible Customer Service

Places an order threw a website that uses Shopatron. They tell me that my complete order has shipped and will arrive as expected. The packages come and only half the stuff is there and some of it is damaged. I had to spend over and hour on the phone trying to return the defective items. Then I come to find out the other products that I ordered were back ordered for well over two months. At no time during the process did they let me know it would be over two months to receive the items that I ordered. This is not the first time I have had issues with them, nor do I think it will be the last time if I have to use them again.

Helped me in a pinch

Having ordered from Bobgear UK, whose online store is managed via Shopatron I received a damaged item from the manufacturer. Shopatron (UK/EU) were very helpful and dealt with the manufacturer for me, arranging for a replacement item and collection of the damaged one. Although there was some resistance from the manufacturer to replace the item initially, the Shopatron customer service people passed on the various photos of the damage and argued my case for a replacement item. I was kept up to date with progress throughout and am happy with the outcome.

Had I Known I would have never bought a thing

I was shopping online for a pair of snow goggles and came across anonoptics.com. Found the perfect pair, I specifically loved the color of the lenses. I bought them on the spot and was so excited to get them. When I received them in the mail the lens color looked nothing like what was advertised (which is anon's fault, not shopatron i will admit). I put them on to see if I may possibly like them, and hated them instantly. Put them back in the box the exact way I found them and processed my return the next day. I waited and waited to hear back from shopatron. The package was due to be delivered Thursday. Didn't hear anything on Friday, or Saturday.. So i emailed on Sunday asking if my order was ever received. Finally I got a reply Monday night. The man who emailed me was rude and told me that I must have worn the goggles because they were scratched and that I would be deducted 25$ from my return to replace the lenses. I told him that I did no such thing, I shipped them the exact way they were shipped to me and that there was no way I was paying 25$ for something I didn't do. I heard nothing back from him. I called Anon customer service line to explain and got a girl who directed me right back to Shopatron (oh Joy!). I called their customer service and they told me they were waiting on pictures and that I needed to file a claim with USPS. At this rate I feel like there's nothing I can do and I will be charged money for goggles that I didn't like and that I didn't damage. I am just so dissatisfied with both companies for their lack of regard towards their customer. Had I known about this 3rd party company I would have never bought from Anonoptics.com because obviously looking at reviews Shopatron is poorly rated and now I know why.
Im not one to complain to talk badly about companies but this incident really left a bad taste in my mouth.
In turn I just hope that this review helps you to not buy from companies who use shopatron to ship their items.

Shopatron's account info out of sync with retailer's website

I placed an order on a Canadian retailer site and it went through ok. The problem arose when I tried to check my order status. The shopatron site account is supposed to be synced with the retailer site, HomeHardware.ca, but it is not -- my email id and password are out of step, so for me, the retailer site account pages are completely inaccessible. Looks like the link between sites is defective. I have no idea if shopatron runs the retailer site or not.

In my opinion, the shopatron service should be invisible to the customer, and not a source of confusion and opportunities for dropped info with he handoffs between organizations

Why are Website's giving "Shopatron" full control over all online sales???

We recently made a purchase on a website for a I1000 Tuner, Thinking I was dealing with the "Main" Manufacturing Website/Sales...Paid for items then was made aware of this other Co' or whatever taking over from after Payment...Got 1 email,from credit card as to the charge's and NO INFO SINCE ??? FORGET SPEEDING delivery ,hell forget being updated...Went back to website and was Redirected to "Shopatron"??? telling me "NO CANCELING OR ALTERING ORDER, Basically "You get it when you get it if you get it !..Of course you can't deal with the items manufacturer because they've given that power to Shopatron? Whom seems to be on a lot of other websites but you won't know till it's to late...If Had I known this I would have went to JEG'S OR SUMMIT ETC... NEXT TIME I WILL...AND THE 3 TO 7 DAYS FOR DELIVERY A JOKE.ONE CAN ONLY HOPE ITEM ARRIVES AND DOES WHAT IT's BRAGGING ABOUT...I HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL STEPS TO RECEIVE ITEMS FROM UNKNOWN "COMPANY".Check the Web before ordering,to see if you are dealing with the website you purchased from,or "Shop-A-Tron? unless you just don't care or want/need to talk with original seller's,because after collecting your money they pass the rest to Shop'a'tron giving them FULL CONTROL! You do not talk to website that sold you items anymore after purchasing...

Still waiting for my order!

Placed my order on January 7th... still waiting on it. Serious lack of communication from anyone, although someone did advise me to contact TNT... which I had done already to be told they had no clue where my parcel was! I would avoid ordering with any company that uses Shopatron!
