I’m changing to this company

I’m changing to this company. I love being able to call a live English speaking person about any issues. They are so nice and friendly. I think I’ve FINALLY found a dream come true with credit card processing. It’s usually just been one scam after another. Such a nightmare until I found this company. I’m referring everyone to Kibo Pay. Thanks!!

Re-review! We have now been working with Kibopay for a few months and I have no complaints on the customer service they have provided to us. Maria has worked with me from the beginning and she is so easy and pleasant to talk to. She has always been quickly accessible to contact and response time back to me is great!

Mary and Crystal are absolutely awesome!

Mary and Crystal are absolutely awesome to work with. Their customer service is phenomenal and any glitches that I had with the processors or my own ignorance with immediately attended to and figured out. I have had several credit card processors reach out to me to change and there is no way--Kibo is great, the customer service is great, the product is easy to use, and they are attentive. Thank you, Mary and Crystal!

Great service and customer support!

Maria was very thorough, knowledgable and provided me with all the information I needed. The team works fast, responds quickly and the integration of the the terminal and set up was simple and smooth.
