So far I have been very pleased with the services of KiboPay. The representative made the transition to the company simple. I had an issue with a component in my system and had it replaced with little hassle. My restaurant is experiencing an increase in business due to the ease of transactions.

Everything I have done with Mike was done very efficiently. I changed Mike accounts, and he helped immediately. I have missed my credit card deposits on any day!

Kibo pay is economically great for a small business like ours. Kibo has worked smoothly for our practice. They’ve been very helpful and responsive to any help we’ve needed or questions we’ve had.

Kibo Pay is everything they say and more! We have been using them for all of our credit and debit card transactions for over a year now. We would not change providers if you paid us to. I love that I always get a real live person when I call, and a real life person that I can actually understand. We had some issues with the credit card processor charging weird, excessive fees, but those seem to be resolved. Customer service is excellent. Thank you!

Personnel are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The terminal is easy to use. Monthly fee is reasonable. I hope to save on credit card fees by switching to Kibo Pay.
