If the directions are followed step by…

If the directions are followed step by step the installation is not simple but a lot easier than it looks We love the fan it looks great on our patio and we have gotten a couple of thumbs up from friends , Will positively get more when the current situation changes .

Bad information on Website

The web site said the item was in stock. I have been charged, but got a letter saying there is no estimated time of shipment because they are out of stock. Very Disappointing.

I bought a kichler pendant model 34795.

I bought a kichler pendant model 34795.
Advice: do NOT buy this disgrace to technology. I have spent a looong time trying to release cable(G) to shorten it.
It seems that u have to push up and hold something impossible to push up,hold,and pull the cable from the back. A true headache.

Great service on my order

Great service on my order! I havent installed it yet but I actually saw this chandelier in a lighting show room and it's beyond beautiful. Hope it's doesnt hang too low in my kitchen.
