I bought a pair on Nike on 30 October

I bought a pair on Nike on 30 October, I paid with credit card, order is successful, but at today 13 November I don’t receive shipping communication, I try contact them but email don’t work, they don’t have Instagram, twitter etc… I’m very upset. THIS IS A SCAM SITE. STAY AWAY. I lost my money.

Slight delay with order but great service

I originally pre-ordered some trainers on 21/12/2023 and read that they wouldn't be shipped until the week commencing the 25th Dec which was fine. On 3rd Jan I hadn't heard anything which had me a bit worried so I contacted them for an update. Sean from KHQ was quick to respond and after speaking with him I was informed the item had been shipped. A few days later I had received the product and couldn't be happier with the quality. A big thanks to Sean for helping with my order.

Ordered a pair of Air max 95s off their…

Ordered a pair of Air max 95s off their website and got my order confirmation. No update when they were going to be dispatched. I emailed them several times no response until 2 day's ago they said would get back to me in 24hrs about my order enquiry and that I will be compensated still nothing. I messaged their Instagram page got response saying my order will arrive the weekend which was a lie, I tried contacting them again and I got no reply either. Finally got back to me and offered me €50 voucher and refund but was let down with not getting the sneakers.
