Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!

You have a box where you write your favourite brands etc and the video that I seen suggested that this would mean that you would only get the brands that you like and that’s why I bought from your website.

But unfortunately the most expensive item I received was a brand that I do not wear.

I’m just disappointed because the hoodie/sweatshirt was what I really bought the box for and it was a brand that I don’t wear.

Just at least wanted to let you know that your advertising video was misleading if you do not in-fact get the brands that you ask for.

I have ordered in November . Package has still not arrived. Contact merchant tells me to sort it with mail and get back to them id not solved. They tell me to contact Royal Mail who says package is with Portuguese mail, who don’t recognise tracking numbers have gone back to kicks force they stopped responding . I want to be refunded , they should be trying to locate package not me and if not refund .

Kicks Force absolutely nailed it with their mystery box. The excitement alone was worth it, but the quality of what I got blew my expectations away. Every item felt carefully chosen, not random filler like you get from some other mystery boxes.
And the Supreme hoodie I pulled? Unreal. Perfect condition, perfect fit, and honestly it showed up at the exact right moment—no exaggeration, that hoodie saved my life. Between the comfort, the confidence boost, and the sheer luck of getting something that good, it completely made my week.
If you’re even thinking about trying a mystery box, Kick’s Force is 100% the move. I’ll definitely be back for another one.
