Great experience but needs improvement

Shoes arrived in but they got my pair of socks order wrong. This makes me worry if they get the shoe order wrong next time because it takes a lot of time for the order to arrive. Plus, I dont know if they would give proper compensation if in case something bad happens.

Perfect!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Each transaction worked out great. Kicksown had the best prices and shipping charges compared to all others.

Will not respond after their mistake!

Will not respond after their mistake!
I waited almost a month to receive the 8.5 joker 1gt se. When I pulled them out of the box. The right one was a 9.5 and the left, was a 7.5! I pulled out the insoles and was shocked to see stamped in the size difference. When reaching out to “Amy smith” she said they would make it right by either sending a new pair either the correct size or a refund. I didn’t want to deal with the wrong size again, so I opted for a refund. What started out as a “good” experience in trusting this company. Quickly shifted to HORRIBLE!! Not only didn’t I not receive my refund they no longer are replying back to my emails. Do your self a favor, buy from somewhere else. Unless you’re willing to gamble and being ignored.
Not worth what ever discount you might think you’ll get.
