I had an order which was out of stock…
I had an order which was out of stock and I was notified right away that these should have been taken out of stock. My money was refunded instantly. I was then given a discount on my next purchase which I used the same day. However these arrived and were too small. The returns process was extremely easy and quick. The what's app chat function is really good and all my messages were answered quickly and politely. One of the best companies I have ever had to deal with and will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

***update*** Poor customer service and dodgy behaviour
****Update: kicksworldwide have responded to this review but conveniently left out the part that I provided evidence that my payment/card was not fraudulent an email of which they are yet to respond to****
I bought a pair of Nikes as birthday gift for my sister. Order was confirmed then I was charged, I paid via the Shop app/function. Shipping/delivery address was different because it's a birthday gift.
Hours later I received an email saying that I was refunded with no explanation. I had to email them to find out why, 1st they said they couldn't 'fulfil the order' then I had to probe some more and they came back with 'our system flagged payment as fraud'
Which is total nonsense because it's the same card I use for everything plus it's connected to my Shop account! I also provided evidence to this effect. I suspect that they were either low on stock or didn't have the right size and decided to cancel the order. It all seems dodgy tbh.
Definitely will never use them again.

We were unable to accept your order and were forced to cancel it after the payment was flagged as Potentially Fraudulent. The system did email you a refund confirmation.
UPDATE EDIT: Unfortunately we were unable to re-enact an order if its already been cancelled despite evidence being sent providing a payments legitimacy.
Being precautious with potentially fraudulent payment is not dodgy behaviour it protects our customers and ourselves. Every single online store has the same process, it is not unique to us.
