Ordered a size 8 training shoe was sent a size 6 which were returned straight away asking for exchange or refund and havent had any reply for 11 days

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size so I reordered the correct size and as well as the service being quick and efficient. The returns service was equally trouble free.

Absolutely amazing all round service.
This company and the service were absolutely amazing.
They were the only company who had the trainers I wanted in the particular colour. I wanted them for a trip to Bali that I was flying out for in two days time. I spoke to them on the phone about this and they managed to get them to me the next day.
Outstanding.

Just as described, delivered in under 48 hrs, really pleased with price cheaper than other sites, i purchased 2 pairs of nike air max 1 pair was £40 less than retail and the second pair was £59.99 when retail £140 and able to pay over 4 separate instalements, definitely purchase from again as they have more than 100 styles of air max available and hundreds more styles of other nike and top brands like Adidas, puma, reebok etc
