I strongly advise against ordering from this world. They use EVRI to deliver their items and when EVRI fail to do that (which unfortunately is common) they refuse to refund the non delivered item even though I sent the email from EVRI saying that they could not deliver on that day, and then proceeded to wipe the order from their system.
Never received my parcel even it says it was left at my address
This website is a scam. My items never arrived. Tracking info isn’t in English, had to translate it. Says item arrived to a different recipient name. Do not purchase from this website.
I ordered a baby changing bag, when it arrived the quality was very poor. Over the course of a week, they offered me a refund of 15%, 20%, 40% and to keep the item, (i would never use it). Haven't heard from them since. No bag or a refund. Shocking service.
I recently bought a baby carrier from Kiddara World and when it arrived it was too small for me to use.
Their website states that,
“If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition.”
I met all of the above criteria and also sent photos of the item upon request. I was offered a 15% partial refund and a 30% partial refund which I declined. As a “goodwill gesture” I was told to keep the item. I repeatedly asked for a return label and a full 100% refund which I have been denied.
