Well, one thing is for sure, I learned a lesson..... always read some reviews because I agree with just about every one I just read!! Absolutely AWFUL company!!!! I ordered $242.00 worth of pre-school grad shirts around May 13 for June 2. I checked EVERY day for a shipment message and "Chatted" with someone at least once a week. The people I chatted with were very cordial and nice but that is were my whole experience ends!!!! I got 2 out of 12 shirts today, July 2nd!!!! Where are the rest and the quality is terrible even though they "SAY" Fruit of the Loom. Please, as cute as the shirts are,DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!!!! I could go on but I think everyone gets my frustration!!

I was disappointed but pleased when I finally got the 2 shirts I ordered but it took, seem like forever to get them. I didn’t receive them until after the graduation I purchased them for. They arrived much later than I had expected. The graduation was in early May. I received 1 shirt the first week of June. The other shirt arrived on this past Tuesday, June 30th. I couldn’t understand why they were able to send 1 but not both together. It was difficult trying to get messages through or a response from anyone regarding the status of my shirts. A lot of things has been blamed on the COVID pandemic😜 I would recommend them revisiting their professionalism if they plan to continue their company because at present the way in which they operate is simply bad business. If your company goes under, you have No-one to BLAME but YOURSELVES!

Worst company ever!!! Buyer beware!!! Will never order from again!!! I ordered a grad shirt for my daughter on May 18th and did not receive it until June 30th!!! That is over a month and by the time I got it I did not need it anymore. When I realized I would not get it in time I asked to cancel the order and they said it was in printing already, but then still did not send it for another 6 weeks!!! That is ridiculous!!!

I was very disappointed! When I ordered two shirts for my grandsons was told it would take 5-15 days! Yesterday I checked my checking account and they have returned half my purchase, today I received 1 tee shirt. They sent no notice that my other shirt was not available. How can I give one shirt and not the other? I will never order from this company again! And FYI they sell through other names!

Should have read the reviews before purchasing.
It took an entire month for my order to go from processing to shipped. I no longer want the item as my kid has already graduated. Do not waste your money. They were only willing to issue a partial refund for the inconvenience. I’m calling the better business bureau and whomever else I need to call, this business needs to be shut down. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!

Placed an order on May 12th of 2020 for 3 shirts for my daughter’s Kindergarten graduation. E-mail stated it would be a 5-15 day shipping time. My daughter graduated on June 10th, still did not receive the shirts I purchased. Multiple e-mails were communicated back and forth with the same automated response. Received an e-mail today June 25th that they were planning on shipping the shirts which I no longer want or need. The absolute WORST not to mention pricey. Disputed the charge being I never received the items in the promised time frame and for refusal of my money reimbursement. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! They make FALSE PROMISES!!!!!

I ordered 5 shirts on May 26. I emailed them on June 22 to find out the status of my order. I was told that it would be shipped on June 23. Today, Jun 24, I emailed them to find out why it didn’t ship. I received the same email that it would ship on June 23.

I will now dispute this charge on my credit card and will NEVER order from them again!!

I don’t buy the excuse of Covid-19 has run out!

I ordered 3 shirts on 5/28/20 just got 1 shirt 2 weeks ago, I emailed about my other 2 shirts and they say shipping out 6/16/20! I emailed again on 6/19/20, I get reply being shipped 6/16/20! How can you ship on the 16th and it's the 19th now! The email was a duplicate of the first one I received!
Never will I order from this scam ass no good rotten company and I hope no one else ever will neither!
I've learned more lesson!
So one Grand kid gets a shirt but the other two don't! How sad

I ordered 2 shirts only received one, I sent an email no response.

I ordered 3 shirts on 5/7/20. Website says 1-2 week delivery. Received 2 shirts on 6/3/20. Have emailed multiple times about missing shirt just to constantly received bulk mail responses. It’s now 6/22/20 & still no refund or shirt. They offered me a 30% discount of $22, which doesn’t even cover the cost of for the $36 missing shirt No phone number available to call. Very frustrating & won’t be ordering from them again.

On May 7, 2020, I ordered 2 T-shirts for nieces graduation on 6/27/20.
Received one and when I send emails about the 2nd shirt I ordered on
the same day, I get "canned" responses.
i am about ready to turn this over to both PayPal and AMEX to see
if I can get it resolved - since kidderjoy already has been paid by
AMEX. What a joke!
Wish I had read other reviews first - if this isn't a scam I don't know
what is - gives online ordering a bad name!!!

Ordered a tote bag on 5/14. Still have not received it. Unable to talk to anyone about the problem and keep getting responses to emails and chat that it is in processing and cannot refund the order. Graduation is long gone and am beginning to believe this is a scam. Their stated 5-15 day turn around has turned into 40+ days and still no sign of progress on the order . They just keep giving "canned" responses to my inquiries with no intention of resolving the issue. After the chat I was on I was asked to rate the "call" as positive or negative but the negative button did not work! Too many respectable companies out there to ever order from these folks again. Found them on the BBB under Teechip in Indiana. They have several names!

My daughter has officially graduated. Still no shirts and its June!!! . Definitely feel like I've been scammed. Don't ever order from this company!!!!!!

I'd give 0 stars if it were possible. I placed an order 5/13/20. Within 2 hours, the status on my order changed to "printing." The website said processing time of 5-15 business days due to COVID19. It's now 6/17/20, and I still do not have my order. It is still listed as "printing," which means it is past the point the company will issue a refund. I emailed their customer service and was told it'll likely be at least another 5-15 business day wait time but my order "is on its way soon." This company is a scam. Wish I would've done better research before buying.

Also ordered two shirts. Never received one of them. Unable to speak with a representative nor can I send an email. I cant send an email because I never received a confirmation email with my order number which is required to send an email. You can pull up your order # by your name and email address and I did at one point but now it states "no order exists" total SCAM!!!! I can understand the delay that is no problem whatsoever it is the inability to speak with anyone or contact them in anyway that makes this company shady. Contact your credit card company and file a fraud complaint to have your charges reversed.

Wish I had read reviews before I ordered a mug and a shirt for my granddaughter. Only received mug, so far. Have not receive shirt and have not received email on it’s status. Very poor communication with customer service. Only 2 options (1. Check status of order or 2. modify or cancel order)

I’ve been contacting this company frequently inquiring about the status of my order. My shirts have been printing for a month in a half now. Today (June 14, 2020) I get a response saying my purchase will be shipped May 20, 2020.
If you see this advertisement on Facebook please do not do business with them.

Worst company ever, I agree with the other reviews took my money never received a confirmation number or tracking number cannot contact them because they want an order number which they never gave me waste of time reporting them nobody seems to know who they are don’t fall for their scam!

took 1 month to attempt a purchase of a printed T-shirt - kept telling me the shirt was in process of printing once the estimated shipping date was 12 days past I emailed the "company" requesting an update-checked the site this morning and saw a refund of 1/2 the total charge had been refunded- WHAT THE F I want a full refund you bunch of crooks
