I ordered a dress for my niece which never got delivered to my address since it was not in stock physically but was showing available on ur website and when I kept sending mails to your team i came to know that it is out of stock & the order is cancelled. Very poor experience with you guys u take orders without even checking if that item is available or not
The toy I ordered was damaged and few parts were missing. Which when complained they r sending new one.
Ordered a sofa which never arrived, when asked they said it’s out of stock. They should have never taken the order or cared to inform the customer about the unavailability.
And still haven’t got my refund. It’s been around a month I have ordered.

You took the order but you did not have stock. Only after following up with you of getting no shipping info, did you say that you did not have stock and the order would have to be cancelled and that you will refund the amount. Regarding the refund, I had to keep following up with you multiple times, till i received the refund, that too you held back Rs. 200. When i asked you for an explanation, you as usual did not respond. My shopping experience with you has been extremely harrowing. I will dissuade others from doing business with you guys.
I wanted to get the size Exchanged for the baby Aroosa set which I had bought from the website. I am continuously chasing the customer service team on WhatsApp. In spite of number of reminders to them I’m not able to get the address for sending the courier back to you.
I have not received one of the items in my shipment which is the baby kurta. The team has missed it and have not reverted back on my query.
