SCAM!!

SCAM!!
Bought my baby car seat from there, received a text about tracking the item, did not hear anything after that, all that tracking does it says confirmed order. Tried contacting them on WhatsApp they don’t reply, contacted them on live chat they don’t reply!!

Have to go through the back to get my money back!

Do not bother with them!

Absolutely lovely pram and car seat in…

Absolutely lovely pram and car seat in white leather, just wishing they had the white leather changing bag plus footmuff to match tbh.but looks beautiful 😍 and quality and quick delivery, but now I have to wait another few months for my grandchild to be born but my daughter will Absolutely love it.xx ❤️

the delivery was fast

the delivery was fast, and the stroller looks exactly like in the pictures. The leather from which the stroller is made is of high quality and looks very good!

xtremely satisfied with its performance.

I recently purchased a baby pram and have been extremely satisfied with its performance. The pram is easy to maneuver, lightweight, and compact, making it perfect for daily use. It also has a large storage basket, which has been a lifesaver when running errands with my little one.

The pram's adjustable handlebar and suspension system make it comfortable to push, and the adjustable canopy provides shade for my baby on sunny days. The pram also has a 5-point harness system to keep my baby secure and safe, which is essential for my peace of mind.

One of my favorite features of the pram is its one-hand fold system, which allows me to easily fold the pram and store it in the trunk of my car. The pram also comes with a car seat adapter, which makes it easy to transition my baby from the car to the pram without disturbing them.

Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this baby pram to other parents. It has made my life as a new parent much easier and has allowed me to enjoy more quality time with my little one.

Broken after 3 months of usage.

I ordered a travel system back in March. Kept in the box and didn’t use in until my baby was born in the Summer, only used it for 3 months and it’s broken.

The wheels won’t turn at the front, the frame doesn’t lock into place and it’s doesn’t work properly at all. The car seat handle moves all over the place and sometimes doesn’t stay up.

I’ve contacted this company many times and keep getting the same generic response of ‘please give us your details and we’ll get back to you’ but nothing for over a week. I want a full refund not a 80% refund a FULL refund or I will be taking legal action as this is not a safe travel system for a baby.

God, I can't believe I received the hot mom car seat, it's great, just like in the pictures, identical, I want to leave this review here because to be honest, I was a little unsure and I thought it might not be the same or it might be a hoax and I want people to know that it is a safe site and a great company. it also arrived very quickly in 5 days in the UK, thank you, I can't wait to use it

AVIOD AVIOD IM TAKING LEGAL ACTION

Disgusting company complained many times about a faulty pram that I have received I ordered before my baby was born began using it and then wheel has fallen off multiple times with no warning they said will not refund as only offer 6 month warranty I ordered this 3 months before my daughter was born and then used it no where on their site does it state you only get 6 month warranty I would not of ordered from here if I knew that I’d of ordered else where as would of got 2year min warranty. Legal advice told me to ask for one of three things
Full refund
Part refund (to cover what I had to pay for another safe buggy to use) and new frame which is faulty
Or new pram
Was told no cuz it would cost the 250 for frame and 150 to send which is not my problem that is there’s they are selling faulty and unsafe products
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I AM SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THESE

Your the worst company I have delt with, the fact that the pram I have got from you is faulty and you have not answered my emails and you don't answer the phone either, you have not done nothing to help what's so ever. Keep away people they are crap

With great expectations we ordered a…

With great expectations we ordered a Hot Moms 3 in 1 white Pram set. Waited the expectant time for delivery only to discover our pram had been sent to an address in Germany... We could not get that pram anymore. We Contacted the company who could not explain this. We then received a grey version of this pram to our home without the car seat, days later as some form of compensation which was wholly unacceptable as it was the white one we wanted. We literally had no choice but to accept the grey set and then demand the missing car seat be sent to us. The car seat was then arranged on the 4th July 2022 to be sent from Germany to our address in Scotland. This is now the 3rd of September and as DHL (the shipping company) have updated us back on 6th July.... Our car seat between the 4th and 6th July moved a few miles between depots in Germany and has been abandoned in Dorsten Germany ever since. Absolutely no idea when it's going to leave Germany and it's been there for 2 months now..
One error after another. One excuse after another. One let down after another. This company works from a run down house in an equally run down street in Cambridge. It is not a legitimate building. It's PA is a woman who hardly understands English and is meant to be the go-between for customer support. Totally unnaceptable as people need clear feedback on items and information from a company they believe should be trusted with their hard earned money. This company has no end of complaints attached to it in all formats and is not a company to be recommended... Were deeply saddened for anyone else who goes through what we're still going through after all this time...

Ink ruined clothing

Ink ruined clothing, didn’t come out clear. Messaged them 3 times as they have a money back policy but they don’t respond ever. Really disappointing as was used on new school uniform.

DON'T BUY

DON'T BUY. I have bought a hot mom stroler. Very disappointed. There is no customer service, no updates, and waiting time for your item (if arrives) is awfully long.
