Before starting our journey as first-time home buyers, we’d been warned that solicitors can be slow, hard to reach, and unresponsive. Emma shattered every one of those expectations. She was always just a call away, no matter how small the query was. She identified several key issues with the purchase that she resolved swiftly on our behalf. When we were anxious or confused, she guided us patiently every step of the way. Buying a first home can be daunting but with Emma we genuinely felt safe and in the right hands throughout. I have had the pleasure of using Kidd Rapinet after a recommendation from a friend to deal with the probate and estate of my late father .During this process i was kept fully informed of the progress as there were many elements and companies involved who had to be dealt with. Having them dealing with all of this allowed me to deal with all other aspects that were non probate issues .I used the services of Lisa McGrath at the Slough branch who I would highly recommend and had confidence knowing that things would be dealt with in a professional but also personal manner

This has been my 4th house move and this one is on behalf of my Mum, this has been an incredibly stressful move compared to others and it took nearly 7 months however Sunita and Hana are the best solicitors I have dealt with, first time dealing with Kidd Rapinet and was impressed from the get go of how quick they respond to e-mails, previous solicitors have taken WEEKS to respond whereas Sunita was always on it, and if she wasn't in then she ensured her team were fully aware of what stage we were at.

On exchange day it became incredibly stressful for various reasons and huge thank you to Hana who pulled this off and got this through to exchange stage even at 5pm!!!

Under the guidance of Lisa McGrath we found a combination of expertise and patience with us as she guided us through subjects on which we were beginners. Nothing was rushed - we were given all the time we needed to reach satisfactory conclusions on our affairs

My family have used Kidd Rapinet Maidenhead since the late 1950s but after the experience administering my mother’s estate we will never use them again. We had a sequence of solicitors/paralegals who seemed out there of their depth and weren’t supported by the firm; this meant there were delays in the process and as an executor I had to chase them. An example of their incompetence is that their specialist research company failed to locate a document that I found in five minutes on the government website. The partner/solicitors/paralegals lacked empathy and were not client focused.
