Kidenhouse 

This website is a scam. Made a purchase and only received confirmation from PayPal that payment went through. Never received confirmation from kidenhouse and never received the item I ordered.I've emailed their customer service three times with no response. The phone number listed on their website is out of service. 100% scam!

I bought something and paid however, I did not receive a confirmation email or order. I found that very suspicous. I looked them up in trust pilot and from what I read here I think they are right. I wrote an email to cancel instantly my order.

They did not respond my first email (to cancel the order and refund) and send me 2 weeks after a parcel from Yun/China with clothing that I did not order at all and without return instructions. So far they did not respond my first emails to refund ( support(at)kidenhouse.com) and I wrote a second email to ask for a ticket to return the wrong parcel.

At last: they ignored my second email to complaint about the wrong clohting and to remind them of my first email where I cancelled the order. Instead of responding they ignore an send email "What'd you think of your purchase from kidenhouse?" faking they deliverd (with a foto of the clothing).

Ordered a jumper that was originally listed on SHEIN for a fraction of the price, unfortunately no more we’re in stock so ordered from kids house instead. Over a month later still no shipping update. Emailed twice with no response. Opened a dispute with PayPal and got my money back. Thinks it’s a scam and they’re just hoping you’ll forget about that £40 you spent.

Zero stars. They are absolutely stealing the money!. Where I could go to report this scam?

I purchased a dress for a Santa gift for my daughter and it never showed up!! I have tried emailing and Facebook messaging this company with no reply.

No stars! I ordered dresses for my daughters to have for their Santa pictures. I never got my order, never got my tracking number. Never got a response to my emails asking for a tracking number. I don’t think I will be able to get my money back either! Don’t order anything from this site.

Zero should be the rating! I ordered a product and canceled it within 2 hours. They never acknowledged my email. I then reached out 3 weeks later to inquire about my refund through PayPal. They then sent tracking information and sent the product. I have sent numerous emails asking for return instructions. There has been zero answer. The shoes are a knock off too!

Spent £40 on a dress that I saw on Pinterest, absolute scam, no dress, no return on the 6 emails I have sent and PayPal have not protected me. Should be reported and taken down, how can they get away with this!

This has to be a scam…I ordered on 7/18 and they kindly took my money 7/19. I have emailed 5 times with no response. Now I will try and dispute with my credit card company.

Bad site bad service nobody replies to contact emails. I bought a dress for more than a month and nothing has arrived !!! It is a scam nobody answers !!!

This is Scam! Even PayPal does not protect you! They have sent me clothes in crap quality, and it is not possible to send it back and get the money back by PayPal! Both Email-Adresses provided are fake, even PayPal uses the "info@kidenhomeDotCom" address, which doesn't work. The wanted to send me back the goods to Vietnam! (Very expensive). After entering the tracking-no of the shipment to the German address (were it came from) PayPaö stated: "Wrong tracking-no" and closed the case!!!

This company is absolutely untrustworthy. I returned items in November and did not get my money back. I tried to email them numerous times, but never received a response. I returned the products because they did not even slightly match the photos. Quality was poor and the material was not what is claimed to be.

Ordered and received a man's overcoat as purchased. No problems there. However, just shortly after I ordered it, I wanted to change the size so I emailed their support address, several times over the next few days - no response. When I received the coat (about 25 days from order to receipt), I emailed again asking to begin the return process - again no response.

My suggestion is that you look elsewhere for online clothing purchases. I would not buy anything from them again.
