On March 24, I ordered a kids microscope and I specifically paid extra for "DHL Express Shipping" at the store checkout of Kideo.ch, which promised "Deliverery in 2–5 days", since my daughter's birthday was on April 1st.

It’s now more than two weeks later and the package has still not arrived.

After repeated email contact with Kideo.ch they keep saying the package is on the way, but every time I check the delivery tracking link provided by Kideo.ch it says "Not found, Please check if the tracking number is correct or try switching carrier and then check again.".

I have therefore demanded an immediate full refund, after which they have stopped answering my emails.

We can confirm that your order has been delivered on April 11th. As we ship very rarely to Sweden, we have limited visibility on the local delivery process. Your parcel was held at customs, which unfortunately caused a significant delay beyond our control.
