disappointed

disappointed, I ordered several things, I put a date of shipment (widely before Reyes), and arrived on January 10, claiming that one of the products was not in stock, when buying it said yes, and without worrying about notifying the incidence with time to be able to solve it. Coincidentally, he arrived on the 10th day after making a complaint, did he happen to receive the products that did not have stock on holidays? Very unhappy and absolutely nothing recommended. They are not serious

Lamentable, pedí varias cosas, me puso una fecha de envío (ampliamente anterior a Reyes), y llego el día 10 de Enero, alegando que uno de los productos no estaba en existencias, cuando al comprarlo ponía que si, y sin preocuparse de avisar la incidencia con tiempo para poder solucionarla. Casualmente llego el día 10 después de poner una queja, ¿casualmente recibieron los productos que no tenian stock en días festivos?. Muy descontento y absolutamente nada recomendable. No son serios

Bad experience, items not on time and imposible to contact

I bought some presents for Christmas where it said they would arrived on time for Christmas day. When I saw the status of the delivery was not changing and I understood they would not arrive for Christmas, I tried to cancel my purchase since I would have to buy new presents to give the children. However there was no contact number nor any way to contact them via email or cancel my order.
The items arrived 2 days after Christmas and with no option to return them.
I´m very disappointed with my experience and will not buy from them anymore nor recommend it to anyone.

mistake in the delivery

When the toy arrived at my house, there was a mistake. These was not the toy that I have bought in page. I have sent a lot of email to try explain this problema but I do not have any anwers. I am very disappointed with the services provided

Mal frustrante desilusionada....mejor no repetir

I DO NOT UNDERSTANDThere seem to be many different KIDITS web pages and a great deal of their replies come under the name Bilua but my experience all began with Black Friday and their offer FREE DELIVERY.
The price was very attractive and the fact the delivery was free of charge after spending a certain amount I decided to go ahead and use their coupon available as well. Of course I had no way of knowing I might never hear from them, be able to contact them by email or phone or not receive my package either.
I made many attempts to get in touch and the response were automatic and referred to delivery on time, although nothing arrived. Then I received an email saying that there might have been an error in having sent an automatic reply and they were sorry to say (after 3 weeks) that three of the six products were not in stock. Of course the three most expensive and would I like a replacement. I chose replacements but I have yet to receive any news of the order. Christmas has come and gone.
Will I ever hear from them, receive a refund or a package is yet to be seen.

Disappointing

I choosen a 1 day delivery, and you needed more than 1 month!!!
No answer to my mails, no help, no service, no telephone.
Why do you put in your web page that you can deliver the pack in 2-3 days if you have not the article in stock?
I will do everything to inform all consumer associations about your behaviour and about the lies on your web page, and of course, I will talk about it in facebook, twitter, my blog, and what else.

Elegí entrega en un día, y habéis necesitado más de 1 mes!
Ninguna respuesta a mis correos, ninguna ayuda, no hay servicio al cliente, no hay teléfono.
¿Por qué ponéis en la página web que vais a entregar el paquete en 2-3 días, si no lo tenéis en almacén?
Informaré a las asociaciones de consumidores sobre su comportamiento y las mentiras en su página web, y por supuesto, voy a hablar de ello en facebook, twitter, mi blog, y en todos los demás medios a los que pueda acceder..
