Terrible customer service. We were a week late on sending back our returns and without a call or anything, they return all of the items that we had just returned over a month later!! I had returned everything because they had not paid any attention to the notes so it my daughter’s style and nothing matched up. I’ve done stitch fix for my other daughter and they are much better at listening to style changes and not making the customer jump through hoops for refunds. Now I have to pay to send this stuff back or be out $200 on weird neon colored clothes.

I can not find a number to call them! I want to cancel , they charged me $20 for signing up and then sent me a box after I immediately canceled after I signed up! I keep emailing and getting the same automated response! I’m so annoyed and the box is wayyyyyy overprice. Do NoT use KIdpix! You can not even take your bank info off.

I LOVE kidpik! they make shopping for my kids easy. getting two kids in the car and in the store is not fun but receiving a package to my house with everything my kids need is easy and fun for all of us.

To cancel; go to account then click on delivery frequency, then the go to more options and pick which one applies to you, then it will give you a number to confirm you cancellation. It's a pain but atleast their is a way.

Terrible customer service. Takes forever to get a package. It has been 11 days and still waiting with no expected arrival date anytime soon. Will call credit card company to refund if they do not

Tried the box for a total of 3 boxes each for my 3 year old daughter and 7 year old son. The daughter had much more luck with having a couple pieces that she wanted to keep but definitely NOT all of them. That said it was cheaper for us to keep the whole box than send back the few items we were not a fan of.

My son's box was just awful every single time. The first time there were a few things and I figured we could donate what he wouldn't wear. The second and third boxes were atrocious - nothing at all decent for the money and even worse the sizing was so far off that it was massive on him. Gave another box a shot after sending that one back completely and the exact same situation. We had better luck with stitch fix and will be going back. So I logged in to check out my daughter's box and cancel both subscriptions. You are forced to call an 800 number and then leave a message due to all the agents being busy. Left a v-mail and guess I'll see how long it takes to get back to me so far more than 24 hrs.

my kids love receiving their kidpik boxes. watching them open the boxes is worth it. i love how there's no fees, so it's perfect. we almost always end up keeping the entire box. but sometimes we need to return - but that's free too. we're happy.

I was suspicious of trying kidpik at first as I didn't know anything about them, but have been pleasantly surprised! Their outfit styling has been a great match for my two kids and they both love opening the box to find out what they were sent each month.

My kids have been getting kidpik boxes for about a year now. I love seeing the excitement on their faces whenever a box is delivered. Great service! Highly recommend!

I’ve been reviving Kidpik boxes for years now and let me tell you they are AMAZING. The price is right, the quality is really good, and the convenience can not be beat. My daughters get so excited when their boxes come it’s like a gift in the mail and for me my kids always have an put together looking outfit ready to go. It’s like magically my daughter has a new pair of shoes and seasonally appropriate clothes in her closet without my having to lift a finger. My kids often get compliments when they’re wearing their Kidpik outfits and I cannot recommend Kidpik enough. It’s the best service and I’ve tried many.

I havnt bought from them but seeing that I only get 5 pieces of kids clothing for $100 is ridiculous, I’ll keep shopping at Walmart and KidtoKid lol, y’all trippin.

Impossible to cancel.

You can easily sign up, but when you need to take a break and cancel, you cannot do it online! I was prompted to a page to call to cancel - between the hours of 10AM-6PM EST Mon-Fri - excluding holidays!

This type of service will make me never come back when I need more clothes.

I was curious about starting a subscription, and what my options would be to shopping outside of the boxes, and I am very happy with the answers customer service provided! They were quick to reply, friendly and I believe went above and beyond to a prospective customer. I can't wait to shop here.

I love kidpik box! They delivered the best clothes for my little one. My daughter loves them.

It’s very sad to see this company go so drastically downhill over the years. We’ve been a customer for about 4-5 years and initially loved the quality. Over the last year of 2020-2021 and
as my daughter grows in size; the quality, fit, style & all outfits have become just ridiculous low quality. Completely See-through shirts that are incredibly too short. Shoes with heals or wedges. My 10 year old will never wear a satin top that is halfway see through like a woman’s nighty with ruffles. Not ever! She would normally wear a 8-10, but moving to a 12 at KP just made the clothes boxy & still too short. Forget altering your preferences for color or style you will still get exactly what you don’t want. Don’t be deceived by the 30% discount on all box purchase either, you’ve already paid $20 for the box to ship to you. It’s all a joke you must buy it ALL for any sort of discount. Don’t bother with their fake & falsified reviews do the research & TRULY review this company before you invest the time. Toddlers & kids up to size 5 might be great but anything above is just tacky, trashy, & not appropriate for children unless you want mid drift tops showing off their stomachs, super thin skinny jeans, ultra short miniskirts/shorts & heals for your daughters. Let’s not forget all clothing must be hung line dried & not go into the dryer unless you want Barbie doll size clothing. Overall just run from this company’s clothing for your elementary size/age child it’s not worth it.

The second the boxes arrived my kids were beyond excited! Every piece they pulled out of the box was met with Surprise, Claps, & Big Smiles... and a HUGE HUG once complete. Great clothing at a price that made even me smile! Thank you kidpik!

If I could give this negative reviews I would! The package was not delivered to my address. The address on my account is correct. I tried for over a week to get it resolved and the company will not file a claim with Fed EX, and they have it set up so that only Kidpik can file one. I tried calling them every day multiple times a day and no one has ever answered a single phone call and I just get disconnected. The email responses from the company have been unhelpful and the asked me to file a police report which is laughable because the police department said there is nothing to file a report on for an undelivered box. I have security cameras and it shows that Fed Ex was never at my house the time they said it delivered. I finally got through to Fed Ex and they said it wasn't delivered to the address I have but was instead delivered to a business, but they can not help me, KidPik must do it. But as stated above, KidPik refuses to help me or file a claim. Stay far far away from this company. They are HORRIBLE

My daughter has enjoyed her kidpik boxes for the last three years. The only reason we had to cancel was that she outgrew the sizes. kidpik has been a huge time-saver as we do not live close to a mall. Wish they had tween sizes!

The customer service is terrible. Spoke with 3 people trying to resolve an issue and the second person actually laughed at me. When I called back to cancel, all of a sudden they want to fix the issue. No thanks... cxl my subscription! Shame on you kidpik!

I was compelled to write a review after seeing so many negative reviews. I had a subscription for my daughter for 4 years and only cancelled it because she outgrew the sizes available. I will agree with reviewers that have complained about cancelling- yes you have to call to cancel, but my experience was very quick and friendly when I cancelled. For the 4 years we had a subscription, my daughter always looked forward to getting her boxes. In that time, we had one issue with a sweater that tore, it was replaced within 2 weeks without requiring the torn sweater to be sent back. My daughter loved doing the outfit/style choices for each season, so she almost always received a box that she was thrilled with. We did have one box that she just wasn't into, but 1 misstep out of 16 boxes really isn't that bad.
