Would and HAVE recommended, even to my boss!

I have not had the unpleasant experience that the other reviewers have had at all! The clothing my daughter has purchased is great quality and cute. It's cheaper AND much more simple than me going to the mall as frequently as she grows. I have never had a single problem with this company.
I was actually hesitant at first when my daughter approached me with this. It was something she came across on Youtube and was excited to try. I will say that I thought her interest would fade, but that isn't the case at all. She even keeps all of the boxes in the top of her closet. She grows SO incredibly fast right now that this works for us. I can update her size as often as it changes. The boxes are really affordable, and I have never had a SINGLE issue returning items that didn't fit her size or personality. Sometimes I wait a little longer to send the unwanted items back and I have ALWAYS received the proper refund.
I am currently awaiting a response from customer service, but the issue that I have is COMPLETELY my fault. I moved and forgot to change my address so my box was shipped to the wrong address. I am CERTAIN I will be refunded, as I always have in the past, but I would like to schedule another box so Halle doesn't miss one!
Ignore these reviewers (who for the most part didn't even read the terms of what they were signing up for, case in point is the reviewer who complained about the $40 hold which is clearly explained. They have to make sure it's not a fake card, even Disney does that!!) and try this out. You might find you have less trips to the mall or less time on the internet shopping while you have a mountain of paperwork piling up.... but maybe that is just me! :)

Horrible Customer Service!

First, I will say that the clothes that were sent were REALLY cute but my daughter is extremely picky so we usually ended up sending most items back. She had a pair of shoes that were too big so we asked for an exchange. The smaller size was sent to us in just a plain plastic envelope with a packing slip (and no way to return them if these didn't fit either). Well, guess what, these didn't fit either so I contacted customer service. They told me to ship the shoes to 10750 7th Street Suite 102 Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. I sent them there and spent over $13 to ship them. I stupidly did not keep my receipt (which had the tracking number on there. It took me a month just to get a response on where to send them. I finally just cancelled my account. I couldn't bring myself to tell my daughter. I'm hoping she doesn't notice. I would NEVER do business with this company again and would encourage others to avoid them as well. I have used several clothing subscription services for myself and NEVER had a problem...

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible! The online support took 25 minutes to answer what should have been an easy question. We did not received the "free" gift that is promised in the box. I wouldn't normally care about that, but my daughter was disappointed and we spent $60+ on the box, so it should have been in there. I emailed support about that and never heard back. The BIGGEST issue is that the boots we ordered started falling apart after 3 times of wearing them. They are $30 boots! I emailed support about that too and never heard back. If you order from them and have any issues, you will be stuck with those issues because they do not answer you back. There are many other subscription boxes out there with much better support.

Horrible experience using them

Horrible experience using them. I signed up for 4 packages a year and received 3/4 all in 6 months, one the day before Christmas Eve and with a short window to return you better be on that, thankfully I was. It took two weeks of me emailing them over and over on email and social media only to receive one refusal email to address my issue and resolve problem (over charges on all items kept) even though I followed their instructions. I asked to speak to someone and they refused to contact me and you will not find a phone number to contact them even after requesting one. That is always a bad sign. I feel scammed and will warn all my friends of this company. I am not one to write a review but WOW!!!
I have noticed Kidpik responding to other posts, if you see this review: "TAG, you are it!" I have already contacted you last and am still waiting, you have my number why don't I have yours? Waiting for your call... So please PLEASE don't respond with contacting your customer service, I have.

Twice they have charged me before …

Twice they have charged me before sending items. I have tried to contact them to figure what is going on, but they only have email listed as contact. They need a phone number for customers to call in.

I guess will will need to have the bank block them.

I am very disappointed and above all …

I am very disappointed and above all upset. I sent them emails without response. But it says my emails were submitted. I got a missed call and a short message without a return number. I tried calling 18444kidpik I found online but to no avail. The message says to send an email. I returned items but HOLY Macaroni the items were returned back to me. In the package kid pick sent me there was a return shipping label and I went to UPS. I even got the receipt that I dropped off the return items but why in the world the return items were returned back to me. I think my best option is to call my bank. I do not know any other ways since my emails were unsuccessful.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I emailed them to cancel my subscription and they said that it was canceled but they lied! they just shipped another box and still have not removed my credit card from their website. I am gong to make a complaint to the better business bureau and get them shut down! They don't even have a phone number that you can call!

Impossible to cancel a subscription

Impossible to cancel a subscription. I sent 2 emails and tried going through Facebook messenger, FB page, and their Instagram account - no one ever replies except with an automated email indicating they will reply within 24-48hrs - which they never do! I finally had to cancel them directly through my Paypal and credit card and block their charges as criminal. This is simply the worst company I have ever had dealings with. The clothing is stylishly modern but cheaply made and from poiyester and rayon blends; it’s all made in Asia;

I was super pleased at first

I was super pleased at first. We choose 1 box per season. Last box we got was in the Spring. I tried to login to account, password didnt work. I requested a new password, email never sent. So i forgot about it. Received a call from a collection agency for non-payment from April!!! Wanted to speak with someone, but there is not a phone number listed. Only way to contact is by e-mail. So i sent them an e-mail requesting more information about why I have been placed with a collection agency when my billing is up to date. Haven't heard back from them. So no, i do not recommend this company. I will not pay anything until i have been contacted by the company regarding the "oustanding balance". I went back through all my e-mails and paper mail. Never was correspondence sent regarding a balance. Horrible company! So sad!!!! Really good have been a great service!

Refuses to cancel account and continues to send boxes!

Canceled my account in April and they still continue to ship 2 boxes May and June. Kidpix was notified multiple times to cancel account in April. We moved to another address and Kidpix ship a box to my old address which I did not receive. OR WANT. They want to charge me and send me to collections. BLocked them from my credit card for fraudulent charges. STOP Sending boxes.

This is a business?

Kidpik is horrible. Today I noticed I had been charged two separate times. Separate bank accounts .. I called the company to get this figured out and the rude lady who answered said that I would have to email a copy of the charges to them and they would get back to me as soon as they could. There was nothing else she could do. I emailed them and then I went to chat to try and figure this out as soon as possible. As I was explaining the situation to the lady she stated that she only saw the two boxes that came up on my account for the season I informed her yes but that is not one of the charges. Then all of a sudden she said I had two accounts active when I only have one and one daughter. She said well someone got the other two boxes so you need to file a police report. Mind you I have no idea where the boxes are or have gone as I never knew about them in the first place. When this was brought to her attention she still refused to refund my money and immediately left the chat when I told her to cancel my account "accounts" as she says I have. Over $80 that I'm out and no explanation as to where the boxes are and not with us... I will never use kidpik again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them either. Rude horrible customer service. Very bad business.. truly disappointed.

Worst Customer Service EVER!

I have had nothing but issues with their customer service relations manager who is downright rude. She will not return phone calls and will only email me. When she feels like it. I returned items and got charged for them and then had them sent back to me only to have to send them back to them. 5 weeks later I am still waiting for them to process my return which got to them almost a week ago and return the money they took out of my account 5 weeks ago! In the process of the mix up, she even threatened to cancel my subscription if I sent the order back. Mind you the order return numbers got mixed up. And she thought I was trying to return an order we had kept and paid for. I am canceling it myself once my money is returned and will not use them again.

Not a good experience

Their accounts receivable is very unorganized and unprofessional. Since the summer I have been receiving emails stating that I owe them money that I do not owe. I was at first told it was a mistake and things would be updated in their system but it never was. They have since sent more emails and each time i tell them it was resolved. The last few times they replied to my emails they did not even apologize for the inconvenience or acknowledge the mistake. Today they sent me something saying they would be sending this issue to collections if it is not resolved. Wow. Now I'm going to have call them and try to get this handled once and for all. Such a huge headache, not worth the clothes at all. Such a cute idea and my daughter really enjoyed receiving the boxes but I had to cancel my subscription.

Makes life so much easier

This company is great! I have two daughters each with their own sense of style and kidpik gets them perfectly every time. I'm on their monthly plan and haven't had an issue with them yet. Each of my girls have gotten 5 boxes already

duplicity duplicity

was a big ruum shopper and collected lots of bonus bucks from them. ruum stopped and started sending me promo material for kidpik. some of the owners are the same!. wanted to use my earned bucks on my kidpik orders.
they refused! heather of customer support then told me ruum had been out of business for over a year. got another email from ruum for kidpik last week. very dishonest... any ideas?

Dishonest

I would highly suggest NOT using Kidpik! The last box was all the wrong size after updating my daughters size the box before. We returned everything in this box. I then noticed a charge to my bank account. I contacted the company and they said I was charged for two items that appeared to be worn. My daughter didn't fit into the items so there is no way she could have worn them. After trying things on we immediately put them in the return envelope and I mailed them back. They told me they would get back to me by the end of the week after checking with management. After not hearing from them I contacted them again. They refused to refund my money and asked if I wanted the items shipped to me. What?? You were just going to keep the items you've decided are worm and that I have already paid for?? My daughter may not be able to use them but I can donate them or share with a friend. Needless to say.....my subscription has been cancelled.

Dishonest, runaround

We signed up for Kidpik in January for two boxes/season for both daughters. In March we got one box each. In May my oldest daughter got her box. I asked when my youngest would get hers. They told me two weeks. It's now been over month. Today they said two weeks was an estimate, and that summer boxes will be shipped out in July and spring boxes were shipped to those that subscribed in spring. January is long before spring. So no spring box for the youngest, and the first of the two summer boxes we ordered wouldn't get here until mid to late July. KidPik deleted my Facebook warning (with screenshots of my orders and the conversation with CS where they lied). Don't do it! You'll end up with sad, disappointed kids!
