Bad shipping experience
I ordered a stroller on 09/08/2022. I have a bad experience with the shipping to Saudi Arabia. The package is still in Frankfort. The Saudi post office confirmed to me that they have not yet received my parcel from DHL Germany. I contacted the support team (on Kidsroom.de) twice to resolve the delivery problem. They told me that I would have to wait another 8 weeks until the issue was resolved. In vain I went to buy on kidsroom.de.

I'll definitely be ordering again.
Just a note that as I am ordering from Malta, the delivery time can take quite a bit, so not ideal if you need fast deliveries.

Bad shipping experience
I have a bad experience with the shipping to Saudi Arabia, they only offer expensive DHL shipping but the courier is Saudi post office. I order a large bed and I had to drive to the post office to pick it up ( they don’t deliver to your house). When I complained to kidsroom , they said there is nothing to do for you and I should contact DHL who only speaks German and i dont speak German!!!

You have chosen DHL standard shipping. DHL hands over all packages to Saudi Post, just like in any other country, the packages are handed over to the national post office.
In fact, we have no control over the way Saudi Post delivers. From experience, it is rather different, some customers receive the packages from door to door, other customers pick up the packages.
We understand that you cannot contact DHL Germany, I don't think that was meant to. DHL also has no influence on Saudi Post's service. The customer has the option of contacting Saudi Post to arrange the method of delivery.
Even if it was difficult to receive the package of your order, we hope that you are satisfied with the quality of the items. We would like to give you the recommendation to use DHL Express shipping for your next order. Here the delivery takes place at the door and the packages have arrived within a very short time.

Super pleased with the customer service and how smooth the transaction went through. 5* rating. Placed the order and it was sent out for delivery for the following day. Product took 2 weeks in total- thought this was pretty quick considering it was international delivery- Germany to the UK. Pleased with the purchase.
