Order made, items sent in 3 different packages 2 still haven’t arrived and the first arrived in a battered box which was partially open.
I complained and was basically told tough luck - utterly disgraceful.
Given what they charge for shipping their packaging and customer service is appalling

We regret that you did not receive two packages of your order in time. We sent the packages on the same day and assume that they will arrive as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience.
Regarding the damaged outer packaging of the parcel received, we would like to note that we always advise customers to refuse a damaged package so that it can be sent back to us free of charge. This is to avoid the item arriving damaged. As a customer, you have to report transport damage to the local post office yourself, which is the only way to compensate.
Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for a damaged outer box. However, we evaluate the shipping together with DHL in order to continue to improve our service.
The fact that the box was open can be traced back to customs checks. We ask that you always check the package contents for completeness and integrity.

I got the product on time. But the cons is that I didnt know that uae customs will charge for my order for a cost of 290 aed. I thought i could get more cheaper. But anyway, still 200 aed cheaper.
