Family owned, kind, courteous, and know their stuff
I did not go to the store, I didn't have to. I needed an additional piece to a set I bought 5 years ago from another store. I can't say enough how kind and HELPFUL Kids Bedroom Gallery was. After giving a SCU number the gentleman on the phone knew off-hand that the set was still selling under a different name, and what to look for. The ladies at the store helped me with everything over the phone. Priced it out, discounted (got more than 1 piece), delivery, DONE. I compared prices online, their prices are fair! Any questions I emailed, they answered quickly. Got the furniture WEEKS before I was expecting it. If I need more children/teen furniture I'm going straight to this family owned business, where the workers remember me and KNOW THEIR STUFF.
