You should have got notifications from Budbee regarding the delivery. They send it via textmessage or their app if you use it. Yes the estimated delivery time was 2-4 working days and the package was delivered the fifth working day. We are sorry for this delay and apologize.

I have shopped at kids brandstore a couple of times. If you want to buy quality brands at a good price and get a good discount from time to time, this is the place to be. Unfortunately half of my recent return went missing during shipment. Customer care was very helpful and accommodating. I got honest and clear information and got repaid what I declared on the return. They sorted out the rest. Happy customer.

the sweaters I ordered were very nice
the sweaters I ordered were very nice, well at least 2 of them (in total there were 3) they are very nice for the price, but with one I ordered size M (I am usually size S) and it was way too small! with the other 2 sweaters I ordered size 158-164 and they were just a little bit big but that is good because then I can grow in them. also it came quick so that was also nice

Very difficult to return package

Unclear returning procedure
Unclear procedure for return goods. I sent part of my order via DHL, but still have not received either a return confirmation nor money, although according to the tracker, the order was successfully returned.

I like this website it's really nice selection for teenagers. Few times I ordered clothes from the store and it was very nice experience. Delivery was on time, I used Budbee option. Clothes comes in perfect condition. I don't have experience with returns.
