The best!!!
I have the pleasure of working with James and Victoria on the bed I ordered from them. Unfortunately it didn’t work out due to some issue on the bed. It wasn’t their fault but they were professional to let me know that they can’t deliver a faulty bed to me. I really appreciate it.
I bought another bed from another company Boori. Such a bad experience and James was so nice to help me with the problems I was having with Boori. He tries his very best to contact Boori for me to solve my problem. Honestly I feel bad since it’s not their problem but James was still helping me.
I have never dealt with such company that has such high professionalism, helpfulness, kindness and also integrity. James and Victoria are also very prompt in replying my email as compared to Boori.
I couldn’t thank them enough. Keep up the good work. ❤️
