Would never order from this company…

Would never order from this company again. Their website lies and says items are in stock when they are not. Currently my items says on their website "available in stock delivery within 2-3 working weeks". However, I ordered it 7 weeks ago. Kidsrooms know that the item isn't in stock but won't update their website. I've not been offered any compensation just a weak sorry. Every week I have to phone to chase the item and every week I am told "next week". I'll give it one more week and then cancel my order. It was ordered for my unborn baby's nursery - its looking more and more likely that the baby will be delivered before the chest of drawers, I haven't been able to complete my nursery as a result. Utterly disappointing!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

'Delivery 5-7 days, Plenty in stock, deliveries running as normal' - 17 days later and no one can help me??

Its been passed from the company to a logistics company, to another logistics company and no one can tell if or when the bed is going to be delivered.

I have today called Kids rooms to try and get some answers and ended up speaking to the very unhelpful, sarcastic, couldn't care less, Imogen and was given nothing but attitude. Poor, very very poor.
