Really excellent customer service

Really excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and the exchange process was made so simple and it was all sorted really quickly. They have a beautiful selection of products as well.

Best customer service and amazing toy!

I ordered this for my 2 little boys (4 and 2) as a present from their new baby brother. I emailed asking for it to be shipped asap so it would arrive before baby came home. The team at Kid Store replied straight away and got it sent out straight away. It arrived before we got home from hospital and both my boys love it. Would definitely order from Kid Store again!
