BUYER'S BEWARE!
I purchased a 24V Lamborghini Sian ride-on car for my child, and unfortunately the product arrived with multiple issues. There were visible scratches and smudges on the car, and during initial assembly it became clear that the seat does not stay secured because the mounting point built into the car body does not properly hold the screw. It appeared as though this product had already been used. The seat not being able to properly secured, makes the vehicle unsafe and unusable for a child.
I reported the issue promptly after discovering it during assembly. Instead of providing a clear written resolution or return authorization, customer service gave inconsistent responses, attempted to handle the matter via WhatsApp/phone calls rather than in writing or even on their regular customer service line, and ultimately offered to send a replacement seat even though the problem is with the vehicle body itself. The replacement seat does not matter, if the car does not hold the nail attached to the seat.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially given the cost of the product and the fact that it is intended for children’s use. I even bought the "Upsell" Warranty. All to be left with no real help or real resolution. I would strongly caution other parents to proceed carefully before purchasing. They do offer a return policy, however, they DO NOT honor it. Quite frankly, they sound confused at the fact they even have one on their site, and will change the policy numerous times during interactions, or simply act unaware of it.
