TL;DR: Good prices, bad shipping, average customer service.

I've ordered from Kidultverse a few times now, and I'm sure their store is great and the staff are friendly, however I've never received a product packed correctly for shipping. Their refusal to use bubble wrap is fine, but they instead use slices of cardboard instead, and not nearly enough. My parcel arrived with 4 slices of cardboard, around 7cm x 40cm in size to "secure" the item, however the box was extremely rattly, and there was a good 3-4cm of air on each side of the item. There's a reason bubble wrap has been the industry standard for years, and clearly Kidultverse never got the memo. Last time I had a parcel come, the item was severely battered, and in fairness they did offer a replacement, however it took a little back and forth for them to just agree on refunding the postage, which is better overall for the environment and saves everyone time. Other times, and today, I was lucky enough to have my item come undamaged. I simply wish they would listen to feedback of collectors who want their items in pristine condition.

I would highly recommend this business. They are the very best at their profession. Great products, great prices always offers and discounts. Any queries they are happy to help in any way they can. I have always had 100 percent amazing products and service from the team at Kidultverse 👌😎💯

They claim free shipping on orders over £120 and for certain products, but that's not true. They charge a minimum of £8.99 for shipping.

Was looking for a particular gundam build kit for my son for Christmas and came across this site, I was not familiar with them and checked reviews to make sure and decided to take the gamble and im so happy I did. Price was the best I found online and delivery was super fast. I will be buying more from here and happy I found them. Thanks 😄

I've been a Gunpla enthusiast for many years. I have over 100 Gundam figures. Being in the UK it was always a struggle to find Gundam. When you did, the prices would be ridiculous.

The prices are always the best in the UK and there's a huge selection to choose from. The delivery is always expedient and the item always well packaged.

Gundams for a good price and that are actually available in the UK is amazing. No more dealing with all the sites with Pre-Order only Gundams that never arrive nor will they because there are "Stocking Issues". Amazon is a necessary evil for getting Gundams currently but knowing about sites like this really levels the playing field back to the Gundam enjoying consumer <3

I was delighted to see Kidultverse had stock for a S.H.Figuarts reissue. I thought I had missed out after a different seller couldn't fulfill my pre-order a few months back and it was soon sold out everywhere. Thanks Kidultverse for the miraculous find and the honest pricing. Shipping was swift and the item was well packaged, I recommend and would order again.
