Very poor customer service

I bought a ford ranger for my grand son for his first birthday.
Have had problems since day 1.
Email them with no response phone calls to them only to be told ooo some one will ring you by end of business day still waiting for a call back.
Very poor and unacceptable customer service.
They were quite happy to help me out when taking my money but the after service when things are not working well there is no after service.
Not happy at all and still no phone call in regards to my problem.

Just before Xmas we moved to our new …

Just before Xmas we moved to our new home. Martin, Daniel and all their busy helpers bent over backwards to ensure that my grand daughter's beautiful green jeep with a touch of gold turned up at the right house, all charged up and put together ready for Xmas day..
It was a real joy to see the look of excitement on her face when she opened her BIG box.
Given the amount of rubble on our new home site my grandson, in his red Ford Ranger from KidzAuto and his sister in her jeep had a marvellous time on the adventure trail, up and down the mounds of rubble and through the tall weeds. I could always tell where they were by their laughter and the music. Thank you for the best Xmas ever. Bev Kerekes

that was the worst expirience ever

that was the worst expirience ever ! I've purchase the most expensive electric car with an option of assembling it prior pick up ( $35 extra ) as a present for my granddaughter.
The dispatch was very unorganised and confusing.
First ride end up really unpleasant when the front wheel came off while my granddaughter was driving it! Poor girl have a bruise on her face and emotional trauma now instead of expected joy and excitement .This is totally unacceptable . I will write a formal complaint to consumer affairs regarding safety and quality of the product and pay extra services they providing . They are obviously not professional and do not meet the Australian standards of safety.(especially for children)
