I did not have a good experience with…

I did not have a good experience with this company via their online service. I placed an order with them on April 2nd 2025. I waited until May 8th to open a dispute on PayPal. In late May I was refunded my money. Perhaps going to their store in person would be better.

After reading poor reviews cancelled on 23/6/24 yet received an email saying goods about to be despatched
I contacted AfterPay to cancel my order as no response to emails or phone calls
Now KidzInc have said will be a delay as is in dispute
Now it’s 4/7/24 so have contacted Fair Trading
Took just 30 seconds to cancel an order on Temu

UPDATE:
Soon after I contacted Fair Trading
quick smart the order was cancelled

Beware!

Beware! Misleading product info and terrible customer service. We purchased toys advertised on the Kidzinc website as suitable for 0+ months and 1+ months. When they arrived, the packaging said 6+ and 12+ months, respectively. We had to return the products which were intended as xmas gifts. Because the error was not ours, we respectfully asked to be reimbursed for the original shipping expenses ($15), however, they have not replied to our three attempts to contact them (once in Jan and twice in Feb).

Great care for customer

Purchased Magna tiles from Kidzince and they were delayed from distributer. Kidzinc were responsive, kept me up to date and went over and above to personally deliver the toy to us so we had it before flying overseas for Xmas. Great care for the customer!

Overall experience is good

It took a bit too long for Kidzinc to send out the package, which is understandable due to the Christmas rush.
However, after I made contact to question why it took so long to send out the package, their responses and services were very timely and good. My overall experience with them is good.
I do realise that there are some bad reviews about them on this forum. I think they might have since improved.

Ordered an item May 30th for a birthday…

Ordered an item May 30th for a birthday on the 12th June..
I never received an email about shipping information.
I sent an email June 9th asking where it was and got nothing.
Sent another email the week after indicating I will open a paypal dispute and I magically get an answer "I will look into it today or tomorrow."
Days pass and I lodge a claim. I email to advise them and they tell me to close the paypal dispute and then they will refund me.
This is against Paypals advice so I advise them of that. I hear nothing for a week so I escalate the claim directly to paypal.
I get a response 2 and a half weeks later advising me again to close the paypal claim.
I will never do business with these people again.
I am still waiting for my money back and I hope paypal can help me because these people don't care at all about not providing a product but will take your money!!

Very disappointing customer service and…

Very disappointing customer service and delivery .... 3 weeks after order still nothing has arrived .... after contacting the business I was assured of a re view and response .... this still did not happen .... I still have no idea if or when my purchase will arrive .... I will never do business with them again 😟
