Really decieving

Really decieving, stating it was a NZ website eith their address as WELLINGTON
ordered Monday for a daughters birthday on the Friday thinking 4 days would be fine.

We didn't recieve presents until 3 weeks later.

I reached out multiple times and they said it was being shipped from a warehouse in CHINA - and once we got a tracking ticket is would be 10 days +

I said it was really disappointing to angle themselves as NZ website (even ends with .co.nz)

So disappinted with the quality aswell, cheap CHINA made stuff and they say it's montessori based toys, load of rubbish. Everything wrapped in plastic.

Poor quality and no communication

Products came separately directly from different locations in Asia, not from a NZ location, they took a long time to arrive and 2 items broke within an hour of play. I have emailed about a refund and had no response
