Worst delivery service ever

How can I say.
I have not received the order
Order has already been delayed and my son's birthday is over.
What is the use of order ??

We’re truly sorry for the delay and understand how disappointing it must have been, especially since the order was intended as a birthday gift for your son. We completely understand your frustration and agree that the order should ideally have reached you before the birthday.
We received your order on 27 August, and our team packed and dispatched it the same day. As per our shipping policy, deliveries to metro locations generally take 3–5 working days. However, the courier experienced delays at the originating hub due to the Raksha Bandhan and Janmashtami festivities. Since the shipment was handled by a third-party courier partner, the delay was unfortunately beyond our direct control.
That said, we acknowledge that the delivery did not meet your expectations. We’re pleased that the order was eventually delivered on 5 September, but we understand that it lost much of its purpose as a birthday gift.
We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused. If you feel our prompt processing and efforts deserve consideration, we would be grateful if you could revisit your rating. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we remain committed to improving our delivery experience.

I ordered an owala water bottle but the cap was broken, I contacted kidz Mercado on WhatsApp and they quickly resolved my problem and sent me a replacement cap in 2 days time.
