I could put negative rating if I could…

If I could put negative rating I would put negative 5 stars. 1 month has passed and still waiting for refund. Called countless times and same reply we are waiting for reply from some mysterious place. No managers available for clarification... no one in the entire store knows how refund works. Emailed many times and 0 replies for emails. If you want to go thru the stress of your life buy from them. Never buying again and hopefully I can get my money back
