Initially, we placed an order for 3 water heaters, comprising 1 unit of 80 liters and 2 units of 30 liters. The delivery cost was calculated at £60. However, subsequent to paying the invoice, we received communication indicating that an additional £60 delivery cost was required for each unit, which was not previously disclosed.

Furthermore, upon the arrival of the materials, we were surprised to receive daily requests for an import charge of £102 for each unit. This unexpected expense has significantly exceeded our initial budget projections.

As a result, the total cost incurred for the 30-liter water heaters, priced at £129 each, has amounted to £291 per unit, inclusive of delivery and import charges. We find this discrepancy and lack of transparency in pricing to be highly unprofessional and concerning.

I live in rural Portugal and deliveries often go missing. KIIP took the time to confirm delivery options with me. The small things make a difference

The product was exactly as described , huge saving from buying in the UK and works a treat , don't be afraid to purchase from abroad to the UK , the item was also delivered super speedy , I definitely recommend.

I read a number of reviews about people who had ordered the EUROM AC2401 caravan Aircon unit. The reviews were totally wrong, not only was the communication excellent but It arrived in literally 4 days! I did pay import duty via DPD , just followed the link and it arrived the next day. It was much cheaper than the only UK distributor I paid £383-00 and £91-00 duty.

The air conditioning unit was bought and delivered very swiftly, the only thing I would say is that the import tax should have been mentioned when the item was purchased not a text from the delivery company where I thought it was a scam.

Don't deliver to UK unless Vat registered, because of Brexit. Prices in £GBP and allow ordered to be processed etc, but unless you're Vat registered they will cancel order and refund. You may then lose money in your refund through exchange rates (as I did), as despite prices being displayed in £GBP the funds are taken in €Euro.

It shows this on the home page (not sure if it did previously) but if a Google search takes you direct to product pages, as it did me, then there is no mention of not shipping to UK. The system then allows you to add items to cart and check out. There really should be more warnings on product pages, or certainly check out pages if you enter a UK address.

After an email to customer services they agreed to refund half of the money I was out of pocket on. They do respond quite promptly to emails and staff are friendly to deal with, it's a shame that this situation could have been avoided by being clearer about their shipping restrictions.
