I placed an order on May 14 of 2020 I never received anything no package, no money, and no email reply. this company just vanished and took everyone’s money what a shame on them for doing this to customers they’re thieves. don’t trust them ever again or order from them. Shame on you Kiivoa/or what ever fictitious name you have now.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😩😭

Ordered in April 2020 never received my order I am so P.o’d!! I emailed and nothing ! Such GARBAGE. To allow scamming folks to be doing this to people ! Lost $ ! So sick of this CRAP!!!!!!

Ordered back in April, never got my items and emailed a couple times without a reply. Looked at the website and it does not exists. Happy I didn’t buy too much but still pissed cause they took many peoples money 💴

I placed an order on April 26,2020. 2 sets of the leggings and top set. This is unbelievable. I have not received my order yet and it is September 10th!!!! I emailed them about 6 times and no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY

I wish I could put -10 stars. Do not order from this company. Their name used to be Valiia. I saw them online for workout equipment and I ordered two full sets. The order was April 23rd, 2020. It’s now August 17th and still no order. It’s a scam. Now they go by the name Kiivoa. Their website does not include valid contact information. I’ve emailed them, probably to a fake email they set up, and no one has responded. It’s a Gmail account. This company should be shut down or some type of legal penalty enforced because they’re scamming hundreds of people. Never buy from this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Very dissapointed! Previous company was Valiia, then it was Kiivoa... I tried to contact them, no answer... I payed around 40 EUR and didn't get my order and couldn't do a thing, because Revolut said I should contact them but yeah... no answer from any of this two scam companies!

Ordered 6 gym sets as the prices were very low I was told to wait 20 business days, after 4 months and 5 emails I still haven’t received anything. Do not order from here it is a massive scam! This is a huge scam, it is not fair that they steal our money like that. 😡😡

I ordered a workout set in APRIL and it has still not arrived. Since then, I’ve sent numerous emails to the company as well as the shipping company. In that time, Kiivoa has also changed their name. Absolutely fake business. Dont expect to ever get your stuff.

I as well ordered from them back in June and never received my order or got an update or response email after trying to contact them numerous of times. Please do not order from them EVER!!

I wish I read the reviews before ordering. How can people be this cheap and have fake freaking sites to trick people and take money? hope you die and rot in hell. Vallia or Kiivoa you suck.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! It's a SCAM they renamed their site from VALIIA to KIIVOA and you won't get your order, I contacted them multiple times and all their social media links are not working....
