The details of the components that would come with the pet dryer were missing so I called customer service. I spoke to a customer service representative. She was kind and able to answer my questions. Highly do not recommend
First, I received a sample from the hair growing Line — it was nice, soft, and the coat wasn’t dry. I contacted customer service and asked for a recommendation for a poodle. They suggested the volume shampoo and conditioner, saying I would be happy with it.
Unfortunately, it was horrible. The coat became extremely dry and started breaking due to a lack of moisture. I then switched to Chris Christensen, and it was good. Later, I decided to try Tauro again — same result: very dry coat.
I hate it and regret buying the large bottles.
Please be cautious.
