I love the pattern of the sweater. I wish I knew who created it— I’m an artist myself and it makes me feel not so great. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on the pattern from strangers and it’s a constant sigh in my mind. I hope the artist knows that they did a great job! Hope they can create more cool works!

I also hope that the company slowly shift in doing eco friendly packaging and use of their materials on their products. Knowing that would make me want to keep buying but that is just my selfish wish!

Extremely rude, unresponsive customer service. Needed a size exchange, was told all sales were final despite literal verbiage on the website suggesting to email regarding a size swap. Do not recommend. Too expensive and ill-fitting.

I’m so angry at your company when my order arrived I was very unpleasant with the quality and the fit so I asked you in four different emails for retour information which had never answered. Of course your company waited until the period of return passed so I had to pay an unreasonable price for a product I will throw out. I’m so angry, and I will warn other customers. This is how you treat new customers

The material did not match the photos, is incredibly cheap looking and smelled disgusting when I opened the plastic package. Very disappointed.

Very high-quality clothing, the sweaters are very well made and keep me warm a lot better than other brands

Received damaged cap. The rear buckle was not attached. Send pics to support, they told me they will investigate. And disappeared...

The designs are cool but sadly the quality is AWFUL, the cheapest fabric imaginable and the product looks completely different to online. Also customer service is non existent and returns are not accepted.

Bad quality and bad sizing
Tried to get a refund or replacement and was first told all sales are final and then later ignored.

Kikillo's customer service is nonexistent—they've ignored all my emails requesting a return for a T-shirt that was too big and of poor quality

Awesome prints- the blanks could be much higher quality though- especially since they are white mainly. Arrived quickly and easily.
Would like variation in fabric quality please!

The print was fine, but the shirt quality itself was really not good. I got a white shirt and it was totally see-through. I’ve bought pieces from you guys in the past and they were fine so I’m honestly pretty disappointed this time around.

Since discovering Kikillo through Facebook adds, I've been obsessed with their designs and wanted to add some of their clothing to my collection.

I was hesitant because of their prices and waited a long time before buying my first sweatshirt (105$ CAD).

Shipping and delivery were a little long (2-3 weeks), but not too much either. Let's say it gave me time to look forward to my cool new sweatshirt!

As for the sweatshirt itself, the design is absolutely amazing and the print quality is good, but slightly less vibrant than what was seen in the pictures.

The fabric is thick and not something I'll wear in warmer conditions, otherwise I'll rapidly end up a sweaty mess. For reference, my sweatshirt is 70% polyester, 27% cotton and 3% elastane.

I did not want it to be oversized so I chose the medium size and it fits really well. The only downside is I like to raise my sweatshirt sleeves right below my elbows and the fabric has absolutely no elasticity, so it is too tight and extremely incomfortable when I do.

With all that said, I was really satisfied and I already ordered a new sweatshirt and will continue buying the amazingly designed pieces of clothing I wishlisted.
