I rate a 2 because my credit score did improve but it was on its way to doing that itself. I want to inform people that this appears to be a SCAM company. Everything is fine until you finish out your contract and try to get the refund they promised when signed up, they run like the building is on fire. There is NO WHERE to ask for the refund when canceling your membership even though they declare there is and than have the nerve to state on line that after you’ve cancelled your account they can’t help you if you want your money back, it appears they said you don’t exist anymore and your account doesn’t either. If that isn’t a SCAM business I don’t know what is. I found this out by reading and researching online. I bet if the government was involved or you were being audited like you are supposed to regularly you’d know where my account was and could get into it anytime needed, you know like a legitimate business. They only answer emails in AI, bots so you will never get an answer. It’s time for a Class Action Lawsuit!!!!!

Kikoff was supposed to help build my credit, but they actually made it worse. I don’t understand how a company that claims to help you improve your credit can cause it to drop. After I realized how disappointing their service was, I canceled right away—but they kept reporting late payments even after cancellation. Their reporting hurt my credit score, and customer support was useless in fixing it. Stay far away from Kikoff if you care about your credit.
