Thanks to Caitlin at Killer Ink for being super helpful regarding a return and refund. There was nothing wrong with the item. We accidentally ordered it due to it being sat in the shopping cart, but it was quickly resolved within a matter of days.

However, I would have appreciated having the option to pay in installments by credit card. This option did not appear during checkout, even through PayPal.
I live in New Caledonia, and while I understand there may be some regional limitations, it would be great if these payment options were also available to customers here.

Fast? Reliable? Simple? Nailed all 3!
Super quick turnaround - order placed at 7:30pm, delivered 2:30pm the following day. Items really well packaged with recyclable packaging and who doesn't appreciate a free sticker :) website and app both easy to navigate and place your order. I've placed a handful of orders and this is representative of all of them so far.
One really minor criticism that's not really worth losing a star over - larger categories naturally take a little longer to load, but there is no feedback to show you've selected something and/or that the next page is loading. Some kind of highlight or loading indicator would be helpful.

Delivery was super fast
Delivery was super fast, the main box was packaged great, which is rare as usually all companies use so much filler paper. Reason for one start being gone is my couch roll arrive and it was all covered in dirt, and the protective plastic layer on some was ripped :(
