purchased tickets to Pink cost was cheaper than everywhere else and fee was the same as everyone else. Great experience, great customer service would recommend them especially to save money.

Honestly I was so worried that these tickets were fake but when I got to the venue and these ticket scanned I jumped for joy

I was worried with all the bad reviews but Killer Tickets were cheaper then other sites and I took a chance! Awesome customer service, and I talked to 3 different people, I had a lot of questions! Everything went as expected! Downloaded my tickets and I am off to the show 2 days before event!

I ordered seats to Monster Jam and pit passes. They were more than happy to charge me $450 for the transaction. Then I get a call less than 5 hours before the event that the order wasn't processed because the seats were sold out? I call in to complain and "sean ext 1810" who apparently owns the company because according to him he has no manager at all was condescending, rude, unapologetic. Then I get told I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. UH NO!! CALLED MY BANK AND CHARGED BACK THIS COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION!!

DO NOT USE KILLERSEATS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK & NEVER DO! I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS! MY ADVICE TO ANYONE DONT DEAL WITH THIRD PARTIES.

Saw them advertising on craigslist some concert tickets, I decided to check out there website. I ended up purchasing some tickets, as they were reasonbly priced and seemed very trustworthy. I received the email over 24 hours later and when I opened the email, I was very upset to find out that my tickets weren't even for the right concert, I already payed over $100 for all three tickets and ended up getting 1 ticket worth like $27 for some random concert I've never heard of. I tryed calling them, the first time I called someone picked up, after they heard I was upset with my service and wanted a refund, they hung up on me, I called back once more, they picked up, and then hung up on me, this occured about 7 times untill finally someone else answered the phone, he told me that he could not refund my tickets as the problem was my mistake... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ------ COMPLETE SCAM

I ordered tickets. My credit card was charged and I was sent an email with a link to download my tickets. I then received a call saying that the tickets were not available and that I had to choose different tickets. They said the only tickets available were worse tickets than the ones I purchased unless I wanted to pay more money for different seats. I told them this was unacceptable and that there must be some recourse. They said they would look into this and put me on hold for over 45 minutes. Twice they picked up the phone after 40 minutes because I could hear voices in the background. I said "hello, hello" with being put back on hold and then hung up on. I finally got through to someone after several calls to find out that the tickets that they offered me since the original ones were not available were also not available. They had refunded my money and said my only option was to purchase new tickets at a higher price.

I have bought tickets from Killerseats multiple times now and each time I am impressed! They have tickets to all different types of events, sports, concerts and theater and their prices are far better than Ticketmaster and Stubhub. I bought tickets for the New York Knicks a couple hours beforehand and still got a really great deal. They make it easy to buy tickets last minute and still get them for an affordable price. I also like that the tickets can be sent through Fed-ex or email. Overall, it’s a great site to use and I highly recommend!

I checked around all the ticket sites to find affordable tickets for the Golden State Warriors. I was able to score a couple of great lower level seats to see Kobe's final game in the Bay Area without spending a fortune. Tickets arrived a few days after my order by Fed Ex. Quick and easy, great prices, great seats...what's not to love? Thanks Killerseats!

I can honestly say that it was a scam, but what else is new. Welcome to America, supply and demand. I believe that I had the best possible seats, but paid almost 3 times face value. The only thing that I didn't like was the way they trick you into a third party scam, promising $50 rebate for my next purchase. I am still waiting for that. I was not impressed with the value for my experience.

i use killer seats to get the best tickets for my events, sports game and concerts. great prices compared to stubhub and i always manage to get a very good seat. the last ticket i bought was 1 hour to the start of the concert and i still got a ticket at an affordable rate. these guys are simply the best!

I am a systems administrator and BUILD websites. I went online to buy two tickets for a local venue. I clicked on a button that said, Best Price, Ordered the tickets. I was originally at the correct SITE,VENUE because I chose that one to select the tickets. 267 Dollars for good seats with over 60 dollars in service charges. When I went to print the tickets, they were for another state, and Date. I called them up to correct the problem and was told, all I could do is resell the tickets at a loss. I am handicapped, I had to buy lawn tickets. So I was out over 400 dollars for lawn seats and then took a loss on the Tickets they sold me, if they sell. I went to stubb Hubb. I had contacted back right away when I found out the problem. THEY RESELL TICKETS, They could have fixed it. THEY SUCK

Be careful with this website. The price they quote does not include the processing fee, unlike reputable competitors like stubhub.com. Also, they configured the order page in a way that makes it hard to see those fees - they add the fees after you select your country/state, which is a field further down on the page. Once you scroll to it the price info is already out of view.

These guys are great. I've used them a few times to find really cheap Giants and 49ers tickets. Very responsive if you ever have an issue or problem with your order. You can get your tickets by EMail or Federal Express which is nice and they're guaranteed so it's not like you have to meet some shady character out in front of the stadium and worry about getting bogus tickets. Two Thumbs up!

I was turned on to killerseats.com awhile back by a friend. I have bought a lot of tickets to concerts and sports events since, and have been very satisfied. Better prices than ticketmaster, and really good customer service too. Highly recommend.
