Killstar clothing, ive bought a few dresses among other things, the quality is always great, there so comfy and make me feel great!! When i go out!!

Always good quality sizing is good delivery on time

Sizing throughout clothing is so off and some items quality isn’t the greatest

I love Killstar, I have 7 handbags, 1 spooky travel case and a fabulous collection of Kreeptures. Everyone of my items is of exceptional quality and just beautiful. The bags are stunning and each one is unique. Will always buy from killstar ❤️

I had a terrible experience a few years ago with a purchase from Killstar. I ordered a dress, and a different item arrived. When I pointed it out to customer service, they calmly told me I should send the wrong item back at MY expense, and they'd send the correct one. That's a first! You make the mistake, and I pay? No way!

Despite the bad experience, I tried to give them another chance, and it was a disappointment again. The fabrics and stitching are subpar. I bought vegan leather boots that I took out of the closet recently, and disaster struck! The poor-quality material crumbled, ruining my tights and making a mess.

I talked to friends who shop at Killstar, and they said the same thing: high prices, low quality, and no customer support. For me, that's the end of Killstar.

Killstar has some really beautiful gothic designs and I love the aesthetic of the brand. Their clothes and accessories fit well with alternative fashion styles and they often release interesting collections. Sometimes the quality can vary depending on the item, but overall it’s a fun brand if you enjoy dark or witchy fashion.

Cool & alternative clothing. I find the quality very good. Sizing can vary but majority is accurate. Delivery is fast.

I'd bought a size that was too big and they were really great customer service all around excellent service highly recommend 👌

Killstar are always on time in fact normally early never had a problem with the sizes as they seem true to size and that's in the bigger sizes too

Delivery arrived on time. The quality of the clothes is very good! I will order more items in the future.

Gutted that the sizes are completely off. I love the variety and alternative styles but tried on 5 shirts all my usual size that I would get from Disturbia. I would have to size up to an XXL and im not even confident that would fit. To spend over £100 and not get free returns is also disappointing. No printer at home so also had to trek to a library just to be able to send the borrowers shirts back. First and last killstar order.

I just love Killstar. They always have things I want (sadly I don't have enough money to buy them all) but the ones I do are just wonderful
