A Little unsure how to fit the back rest onto the frame, was afraid to bend it, but after watching vidéo it was ok. Good product so far

Chair seems to meet all my needs for comfort, adjustability, and compactness. I've loaded them into my Revel van and waiting for adventure now. I didn't give 5 stars since I just don't know how well they'll hold up over time, but I'm satisfied thus far.

The customer service was friendly and efficient. The sleeping pad I purchased is amazing and very comfortable, even for a side sleeper.

I made a mistake when ordering and got in touch with the company who couldn’t have been more helpful. I returned the incorrect item and was refunded promptly and then I reordered the correct item and was given the 10% discount I’d had on my original order. What great service.

I had high hopes for this chair and so far it’s living up to them. I love that I can adjust the legs to sit upright or tilt back. It’s such a simple thing but it really makes the chair versatile. If I had to complain about something it would be the “arm rests” or lack of. However I’m getting used to it.

I like the choice of good products available the coffee table is a nice size easy to assemble and pack away. The fan is nice and quiet and the option for being able to have it on the tripod or hanging is good having a built in light is useful.Can also be used as a power bank for phone charging.

The shipping was on time. The products were excellent. We could not wait till the camp ground to try the Chairs and table out. So, we set them up on the deck to give them a try out! Excellent, comfortable, especially with the foot stool and the table is a great add on for the chairs.

These are fab chairs, pack down so small in the van means there’s no compromise on taking the spare wheel.
They are comfy too, the leg rest and adjustability of the chairs makes the perfect fit for the individual.
We also purchased the coffee table which again packs down so small. Say goodbye to clunky outdoor gear and hello to well packed adventures 😊

I received the roll and could not be happier with it. Only suggestions are larger pockets and lighter.

Compact and comfy as advertised. It is very difficult to get the fabric stretched over the chair. That may change with use as it stretches and breaks in. I am a little concerned that the fabric is so tight it causes the poles to bow and that may lead to the poles breaking in the future. Happy with it for first use, but time will tell.

I recently bought the kilos chair . I didn't realize the chair i wanted was the new one u have out now . Not the one I got the 2.0 it's OK but I found the directions difficult to put it together . Just not happy 😕 with it

This is a Chinese company - using AI answers for customer service . Do NOT trust facebook ads. I was not satisfied with product and they said I could mail it to California to get a refund. MAiling to California is half the cost of the chair . I lost 200.00 for a chair and footrest. Buyer beware !

I've not used the chair in anger yet but practiced in the kitchen!

Very easy to assemble and feels safe and secure. Comfortable to get in and out of. Looking forward to use it on our next adventure.

Kilosgear never shipped our paid items.

They sent a ghost shipment via Uni Uni that continued to report "attempted delivery failed" because building/ business was closed. We are open 7 days a week. There was never a shipping company attempting to deliver our items.

This is a FAKE & FRAUDULENT company pretending to be a legitimate business.

So far, we are 4 weeks past ordering, & still receiving fake delivery attempt emails & notifications.
