Ordered on 17th. Emailed on the 22nd, no reply. Payment not taken by this company BUT 11 days later my card has been used fraudulently for an attempted smyths toy store order of £20 - only new company I have used it with is KIMIMART so their details are now with the fraud section of my card issuer.

Ordered some PS4 games. Really cheap price which I was a bit wary of to begin with. Been 2 months and not recieved the games. Sent several emails with no response. I've cancelled my bank card and ordered a new one.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Ordered a sewing machine a month ago which I haven’t received yet. Email and phone do not exist. They haven’t taken money out but I have entered all my details, so I ordered a new card. This has never happened to me, I’m usually super careful! I’m so angry, don’t order from them it’s a scam!

BIGGEST SCAMMERS IN THE WORLD
I HAD BOUGHT AN XBOX FOR A REALLY CHEAP PRICE OF £90 AND PAID VIA BANK TRANSFER. THEY CLAIM THEY ACCEPT PAYPAL BUT NEVER ALLOW YOU TO PAY VIA PAYPAL. EVERY THING IS SO CHEAP AND IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. NO MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN HOWEVER THEY HAVE MY BANK DETAILS SO I HAVE ORDERED A REPLACEMENT CARD.

Not delivered after 11 days. No email to say item shipped. Telephone number doesn’t work. No money taken but have cancelled my card just in case. Believe this to be a SCAM site DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I purchased a case for my Oculus Quest on 22.06.2020, but I haven’t received it yet. I sent Kimimart to E-mails but no response, the phone number doesn’t exist. I’m starting to believe that it’s a scam. Please be careful !

Used this site to buy a Nintendo Switch for my Daughter's 10th B'day. Received a confirmation email, but a week later, no shipping notification. Emailed their Customer Services, but no reply. Phone no. isn't recognised either. Have clearly been SCAMMED. Am so angry at these despicable people!!! 😡😡😡. Daughter won't be getting her B'day present, as now too late, and cannot afford one at the current full retail price right now.

Checked my bank account and no money has been taken fortunately. Contacted my bank immediately and they cancelled my card and a replacement is on its way (which is more than can be said for my order). Annoyingly, I cannot report KimiMart to their Fraud Team, as no money has been taken.

Feel like such an idiot - I'm normally really careful when it comes to buying electricals online, and do my research before ordering. This time I wasn't as cautious, and got caught out. They lure you in with cheap prices, and the site really does look legitimate. But like the old adage says, if it looks to good to be true...

Brought a game on the 21st of June, by the looks of it it’s a scam, phone number doesn’t work..

fraudsters, fake address and number does not exist. Scam artist at their best.
