Acquisto top cucina in faggio massello. Esperienza molto positiva con il sig. Thomas del reparto magazzino e vendita della KIMONO di Alessandria

Il 28 luglio 2025 ho acquistato un Top in massello faggio presso la società Kimono di Alessandria. Per avere chiarimenti sulla tipologia e versatilità del prodotto, dapprima ho chiamato telefonicamente, poi ho incontrato il sig. Thomas del magazzino - ufficio vendita al dettaglio. Da subito, con professionalità e chiarezza, Thomas mi ha seguito e guidato nell'acquisto. Tale professionalità e serietà, oltre a fidelizzare la clientela, incide positivamente sull'immagine dell'azienda, atteso che ai giorni nostri - durante gli acquisiti - accade di doversi confrontare con addetti superficiali, indifferenti e poco preparati. OTTIMA GESTIONE DEGLI IMPREVISTI

Ho acquistato un tavolo Kartell dal loro sito, che purtroppo per disattenzione del corriere è arrivato rotto. Il personale di Kimono Casa è stato meraviglioso, ci ha seguito con gentilezza e disponibilità per la sostituzione del piano, sempre con grande professionalità. Sono consigliatissimi e in futuro, se ne avrò bisogno, saranno davvero la mia prima scelta.
